This is in response to the complaint filed against Killeen Auto Brokers There was a mistake made within our Title Department and the Payoff for the vehicle in question was sent to the wrong Financial Institution We were under the impression that the vehicle was paid off until Mr&
Mrs*** told us otherwise After looking into the matter, the mistake was discovered and corrected and the vehicle is now paid off The vehicle was never two months behind or in the process of being repossessed as we were in contact with the finance institution. Thank you

Mr.*** purchased a BMW 750LI from us in DecemberHe had some concern about a check engine light that was on when he took the test drive with the sales personWe let him know that it was something minor and that we would get it taken care ofWe took the vehicle into the shop and paid to get
the issue taken care of, a few days later he came in to pick up his vehicle and took it home with himHe called the following day saying that the light came back and was told to bring it back in so we could get it back in the shop and see what was causing the light to come back on and he said he would bring it inThe following morning he called again saying that he had a blow out and wanted to know what we were going to do about it and we told him we could not do anything at the time seeing that he was out of town and we suggested he call his insurance or roadside assistance for help and we told him when he got back into town we could help in getting him a discount on a tireHe went to discount tire and bought a tire and then called the dealership demanding that we pay him for the tireI spoke to Mr.*** and told him that we were not going to pay for the tire that he had a blow out and that could happen to anyone at anytime, he proceed to say that the other tires were rotted and wanted to bring it it for the lightHe dropped the vehicle and we took it in to the shop after we got it back from the shop we took it to tires to you and had them check the tires they assured us that the tires were not dry rotted and still had about half tread life left, I went ahead and asked them to replace the tires that Mr.*** was concerned about and had him pick up his vehicleHe picked it up and we didn't hear from Mr.*** again until about the second week in January when he called the dealership and told us that the check engine light had come back on and he took it to the BMW dealer to have it looked at, he said that they were charging him a $diagnostic fee and once again demanded that we pay the fee so that he could get his vehicle out and we told him that he decided to take the vehicle to the dealership and it was his responsibility to pay the diagnostic fee to get his vehicleHe called the dealership on Monday January and asked to speak to me, I picked up the phone and started talking to Mr.*** and he was very demanding and very disrespectful and I told him that I was not raising my voice and nor being disrespectful and I did not appreciate they way he was talking to me and If he did not stop I was going to hang upHe proceeded to curse so I hung up, he then called back again and I answered the phone and he started cussing again and making threats and said he was coming to the dealershipA few mins later he showed up making accusations towards me and getting loud and disrespectful in out place of business so we called the police and had him escorted out and off the propertyWe tired to work with Mr.*** but he did not have the right attitude and was very disrespectful to our staff and myself.

I am rejecting this response because:
Our first contact with KAB was December 21, when we received the first letter saying there was a payment made on the vehicleMy husban call and ask why was a payment being made when it should be paid offThe man told us he was not sure he would get back to us and never call backOn Dec 29th we went to ? the dealership because we needed another temp tag for our car in which the van was still not paid off and I talk to the gentle man that was there and still could not answer questionsHe said he was not sure that may havee somthing to do with them waiting on the title for truck we purchasedHe said he would get back with us on the next businesw day and ? he never gave us a call and I have this conversation recordedThe next month (January) we received a letter saying the payment was behindAt this point Im angryIt has been almost three months and the vehicle is still not paid and they will not give us any answersMy husband went to dealership to ask about the payoff because of the letter we reciieved saying ot was past due and the man call to make a payment but still could not tell us what waa going onIn mid February we recieved a letter saying that it was not paid for the month and if it was not paid by a certain date which would make it two payments behind they will repoThis is when I decided to look for legal help and contact Revdex.comMy issue is of they sent the payment to the wrong finance company why did it take four month to pay off because the van was just paid off on February 18, Why were they making payments and why they did not aware my husband and I of the situation until after I got in contact with Revdex.com
