Damaged a brand new shirt!Nunnerys damaged a brand shirt by getting bleach spots on it. Then they have the nerve to say that I did the damage to the shirt. The shirt was new!Desired SettlementThey are not good people to do business with, this complaint should be known to them!Business Response In our business, customer satisfaction is our main priority. In order to avoid any disagreements with our customers, we take certain precautions. We carefully inspect each article of clothing and immediately inform the customer of any damages before we decide to take any actions. However, we did not have a chance to call the customer and decided to set the clothing aside until we could contact her. Eventually, the customer returned to our establishment and we tried to explain that we did not have permission to take any kinds of actions with the damaged clothing, but the customer refused to discuss any further and left.

I took a dress and matching jacket to be pressed and picked up the following day. When the dress was taken out of the cleaning bag, the lining was at least an inch below the dress and the jacket lining was showing, too. I took the dress back today and the owner and his wife were very unprofessional. They seemed to have expected me back and were ready with an explanation that when an article is pressed, they are not responsible for the outcome, however, had they dry cleaned it they would have been responsible. I told him he should have informed me when I asked for the service that they would not be responsible if it didn't come out right. He repeated at least 5 or 6 times prefacing his statement with hand gestures and saying "listen to me we are not responsible if the item is only pressed." When I asked if he owned the cleaners he said yes. I then said "then you ARE responsible".Product_Or_Service: Pressing of a dress with a short-sleeved jacketDesired SettlementI should be compensated for the jacket dress. It was perfectly fine when I dropped it off for pressing, but when I picked it up, it was ruined. I request $100 compensation. If I could charge for rudeness, I'd add more.Business Response It has been our policy that there is no guarantee for press only items which were washed by customers. We disclosed our policy when we took this customer's items and she agreed and signed our disclaimer. Part of my complaint was that the cleaner did not inform me they did't guarantee the results for "press only" service. I wouldn't have left the clothes if he had. I'd like to see what they say is my signature on the date I brought the clothing in. I've done business in the past with this cleaner, but stopped because of the unprofessional manner of the female who works there.Final Business Response
