I am rejecting this response because:If there was a video of the conversation, then ***'s response would have been recordedIt would have shown that I was in there for almost hours waiting for my car to be looked atI NEVER ever said my brother was a mechanicI said my brother didn't want me to leave our car thereI said he drives the car a lot & didn't want me to leave it there because he felt the price *** quoted- over $was way too muchWhich in fact It was! I've since had the car repairedThe back sensor needed to be replaced for only $from a car repair that does work on Chicago police cars & many Chicago business carsThe owner told me it never needed all the work that *** & Nuno's said it needed*** also told me my car was leaking oil all over the bottom of the carMy mechanic I brought it to, wiped off a little bit of residue of oil & said it's absolutely nothing*** said my car needed a few other things- like shocks & new tiresMy car didn't need any of those thingsAlso, I thought *** said there was no charge to look at the carThe prices have a much lower amount on the board in the businessNo one I ever went to at any time- any mechanic- never charged me to just look at my carI never saw my car being put on a diagnostic computer eitherThey were eating lunch & told me to wait to get the keys back for my car. *** asked me how much my house sold for & where I live & how much the rent was where I livedIf they were recording the conversation, that would be on the recordingThose questions were NONE of ***'s business. Nuno's is very unprofessionalI would never recommend them to anyone that needed a car repair everThey are very rude mechanics alsoThe manager is very mean & rude.

in response to Ms *** concerns, she did not realize we have cameras and video in the stores, I personally listened to the entire conversation and let me tell you she is a very good actressShe arrived at location to get her ABS light diagnosed because she was tired of getting the run around
Store manager *** dealt with her, explained to her our diagnostic fee was $not $21.95? the technician test drove vehicle and proceeded to run diagnostic, the result was the left rear speed sensor was inoperative, *** proceeded with an explanation of price and repairs neededIt was Ms *** that started talking about where she lived? Claimed she used to live in the area, I played this video over and over, and *** NEVER asked her any personal questions, our standard write up procedures are to get customers name,adress,and contact number that is it, she couldn't make a decision on repairs because her brother is a (MECHANIC) so she was waiting for over minutes, for a phone call from himYes our people have to eat, especially when they are waiting on response to a repairWe were not aware taking a lunch was illegalImmediately after she declined repairs, her vehicle was pulled out. She begged for a discount claiming she would bring vehicle back, that's when store manager *** , in good faith charged her $not $as she signed and agreed originally We have done nothing wrong, at this time we will not issue credit, on the contrary we deserve an apology for the untruthful statements Ms *** has made towards the staff at location
