I took my vehicle to this location for my annual inspectionI needed to get a few things fixed such as the horn which is currently not operational which state law requires the horn to be functional to pass inspectionThis repair was never doneI did however receive repairs to my front tie rods rotors and brakesThe rotors however were never discussed in the repairs mentioned when I was talking to a representative of this locationI had slotted and drille rotors on te vehicle and wanted to keep that style rotor whether or not I had to get new onesWhen I brought this to the attention of the representative of this shop he immediately got defensive and started speaking in a very condescending tone towards me saying "I'm over 100% sure we told you rotors would need to be replaced"If this actually took place I would have requested slotted and drilled rotors as replacementsAfter having my vehicle serviced here I've noticed some issues such as a severe shake in my steering on the highway and also during brakingAfter being spoken to in such an angry and condescending manner I will no longer be bringing any business to this unprofessional shop
