Review: I went in to replace my front iPhone screen lcd housing; and back cover. They took longer then they promised. I received my phone with no front filter. I went back And they accused me of taking it off? Before my vibration worked just fine. Then when they gave it back it didn't. One of the guys didn't really seem to want to resolve my issue but the other employee said they would take my number and call me back when they would have the parts. I asked why didn't the guys that replaced it do it right? And the one that didn't seem interested in helping said they don't work here no more they went to school. But I was just there that week. I don't know if he just said that because he wanted me out but I paid $95 to change my iphone screen and gave them a tip? To have this kind of service?! I waited for them to call but they don't seem to care, so today I looked up how I can complain about them and maybe resolve my issue of get my money back. It is horrible how they treated me;after I paid them to do there job and they failed. When they wanted money they would be nice now what ? They have my money and who cares we damaged your phone? Please help me and others not go through this.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I searched for a different place to resolve my issue which they broke and did not replace the screen with the filter the correct way. I had to pay to do the job they failed to do and the job they caused by "trying " to replace my screen. I would have never had to go elsewhere if they called me back or when I went there and they had been polite and resolved my issue they caused. All I went there for was a new cover for my iPhone and came out with a non-working vibration and no filter near the earpiece where the front camera is.
