Our School of Nursing purchased headwalls in February, b y credit card We kept being told that they were backordered They offered our money back as late as May, but we really wanted the headwalls (had previously ordered one from them 2-years ago) They never answer the phone or return messages, but occasionally respond to email We finally in July asked for our money backThey promised until September to refund the credit card, but this never happened Then then promised to send a check It has not been received The credit card company will not help as the purchase was made more than days ago Do NOT purchase from this company
Our School of Nursing purchased 2 headwalls in February, 2016 b y credit card. We kept being told that they were backordered. They offered our money back as late as May, but we really wanted the headwalls (had previously ordered one from them 2-3 years ago). They never answer the phone or return messages, but occasionally respond to email.
We finally in July asked for our money back. They promised until September to refund the credit card, but this never happened. Then then promised to send a check. It has not been received. The credit card company will not help as the purchase was made more than 60 days ago.
Do NOT purchase from this company.
