HORRIBLE SERVICE
NursingCAS took 3 MONTHS to review my transcripts and get back to me - and they only got back to me after I emailed them multiple times. When they finally did get back to me they said my application could not be delivered because I was missing a transcript from a community college that I took a few classes at 15 years ago. They never notified me of this (though they claim they did). They claim I was sent a notification, and I was, after I emailed them. They sent the notification 6 days ago but claim it was sent months ago. I have now missed the deadline for the Spring term and have to wait until Summer due to the incompetence of this program. It's a horrible website and I wish schools would stop using it.

TERRIBLE SERVICEI .
I had the same experience as the person below. Even if you submit by application date they still take so much time to verify, this caused me to not get even looked at by a school! How is this a legitimate site is BEYOND ME!

Terrible- Waste of Money- Caused me to be Rejected from Universities
I submitted applications 1-2 months before deadlines initially. Transcripts were sent right away. There are so many hidden fees (ex: "have us fill out your transcripts for $x" EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE TO HAVE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS SENT.) I submitted transcripts through THEIR website through THEIR vendors THREE TIMES and they never were received. I even sent them through the Universities themselves, and CAS NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Complete waste of time with the entire system & complete waste of money. F*ing scam, stealing money from prospect students.

(Saying I got rejected because CAS did not fulfill their "takes up to 7 days" for transcripts, no where near. When I think everything is done and ready (all green checkmarks under the CAS application site), I come to find out transcripts are processed still by CAS, therefore making my application incomplete even though their site makes it appear that it is, therefore making me ineligible for the application for the university I ALREADY PAID FOR.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE ASSIST
This is the worst by far customer service I’ve ever experienced on any level. They read your emails and send you back unhelpful irrelevant responses. They don’t answer the phone even during business hours. The most frustrating is constantly talk to someone who is reading what your PROBLEM is, such as paying for PTE on the wrong cycle even though you haven’t even requested or uploaded any transcripts for any of the cycles. You tell them it was a mistake and you need it cancelled and they say “no you need to pay again” Or your application hasn’t been transferred properly over at all to the new cycle and they’re telling me it was transferred over properly. YOU STINK. DO BETTER.

the complaint to multiple people before any recognition. This only continues to display the lack of care they have for customers and only their appearance. My top two schools did not review my application due to this "service." A refund has been issued, but this is far beyond the money. Countless days I spent up to 8 hours on the phone being forced to argue with supervisors. It was wasted time and energy. I spent the past three years saving money and taking prerequisites for the programs that needed to be submitted through this service. They don't understand they are tampering with people's futures. Within the response, a refund was granted but no apology was given. I am thankful not all of my programs needed this service. Hundreds of hours was spent dealing with their errors. No programs outside of Nursing CAS presented any issues. The entire process was a nightmare and the management still does not understand that.

Standard NursingCAS practice, which the applicants are fully aware of, is we will not review an application until it has a status of Complete.  We looked at [redacted]'s application seven days after her application became complete and notified her immediately that she did not report a school. ...

All applicants are required to report all colleges and universities they attended which is clearly written in our instructions and FAQs.  Applicant stated that she did not take classes at [redacted] College, that she received only test scores and a transcript was not available.  Following standard practice we asked the applicant to have [redacted] College submit a letter to us stating that a transcript was not available.  We received a letter on September 29th but it never indicated that a transcript was not available.  We went back to the applicant and eventually received an official transcript from [redacted] College.  Applicant reported the school, added her coursework and resubmitted her application.  We then processed her application within two days.NursingCAS was not negligent in any way and no refund will be granted.
