I would like to write a review to commend Nusbaum Electric on the services they provide. In this day and age, we don't often hear about the positive, just the negatives, unless it is a business sounding off in an advertisement how great they are.
I have had Nusbaum Electric over to my home several times, most recently on Thursday, Feb.25th. They always respond very quickly, this last time within 20 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, gave me three options, and returned the following morning at 8:30am to do the repair.
Tyla, the tech, was very professional, worked efficiently, and was very personable, a pleasure to deal with in every way. So, thank-you Tyla, and Nusbaum Electric for your prompt and courteous service! Customers judge how a company is rated, not the company itself. Please forward this review on to Nusbaum Electric, as they deserve to know as well!
