Per our contract, items remain on the store floor for a total of 90 days meaning that your unsold items expired on April 18th. We did a storewide "pull" of expired items over the course of several days the week of April 25th. According to our email records, we emailed over 50 consignors notifying them of their expired items asking if they would like to donate or pick up. Regretfully, we are not immune to mistakes, and it does appear that your email is not among those that we contacted. Your items were donated to [redacted] non-profit that provides free clothing to homeless/abused women in our area. We would be happy to provide you with a tax receipt for your records. We will also fulfill your request of payment for your unsold items. According to your N'Used account, you had a total of 10 unsold items that went to donation. As you may recall, full priced items drop to 1/2 off if they had not sold in the first 60 days.
