The issue regarding [redacted] N [redacted] has been taken care of.  The customer is scheduled for every other week service.  A supervisor went out to the location and met with the customer to resolve the issue.  A new lock was placed on the container because fly dumping has been an ongoing...

Spoke with [redacted] on Mon 3-28-16 11:00am, she explained her situation to me and I have submitted a credit for 64.00 as she requested. Moving forward I asked her to call me directly if she ever has an issue and gave her my contact info.

It is rare that I would give anyone a 10, but this company deserves it. They made what is normally a very difficult process a piece of cake. We interviewed several companies before choosing NuShake. They are knowledgeable, courteous, clean, price competitive, and professional. We installed a whole new roof and gutters. Our quote was exact with no surprises after helping us decide what style and roof to use. We will use them again.
