Run away from this company as far as you can!!! The biggest liars everWe signed a contract at the end of May and according to the contract they were supposed to finish all their work within weeksGuess what! Now is middle of September and the job still not completeAt the beginning, we paid them half of the amount on the contract, they did some work and after that they just dissapearedWe called them hundreds of timesMost of the time they didn't answer nor called us backOr if they did answer, they'd give us hundreds of tales, like 'somebody died, I was sick, the weather supposed to be bad', etcFinaly we met them in the middle of July in our house againThey asked for more money to finish the job , and have promised again to finish everything within next two weeks and signed that on the contractWe did pay what they asked and after few days their supervisor, they call him "GL", called us and said that electrical panel has to be replaced to pass the inspectionWe were surprised, because the electrical panel was ok, but he was calling like 3-times a day and insist, that inspector, who came to inspect our house told him, that this panel has to be replacedWe paid to Nutech Roofing & Construction Inc again money in advance for the electrical panel itself and laborAfter that they dissapeared againNo answer to phone calls, didn't finish their job, didn't replace the electrical panelThey just ignored usWe did contact the owner of the company, who has promised to finish the job asapBut now even the owner is not respondingHaving no more options I went to Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board and wrote a complain against Nutech Roofing & Construction IncThe inspector told us that nobody ever came to inspect our houseIt means that their supervisor "GL" just needed money and created that story about electrical panelI did talk with one of our friends, who hired Nutech Roofing & Construction Inc in the past as well and he said that he also had a lot of headache until they completed that jobHe said the same thing, that he would never ever advise anyone to use this contractorSo I would strongly recommend to everyone, if you're looking to hire a contractor, skip this one if you want to avoid a lot of problems in the future!
Nutech started working on my roof, May 16, 2016, early Monday morning and did not stop work until Lunch breakI was in the house the whole time and could tell from the movement on the roofThis crew is a hard Working crewAt the end of the day around pm, they started the cleanup all around the houseThe 2nd day the crew arrived early morning and started in right awayThe job was completed in two days and a complete and complete cleanup was performed by several crew membersI have already recommended Nutech to other friends around the neighborhoodThanks Nutech Roofing and Construction, job well done [redacted] ***
