Thank you for forwarding this communication I spoke with MrB*** several times last week and the issue is now resolved We determined that a key code error on our part was the cause of the problem and he has been fully refunded We also sent him a gift basket of products as an
apology for the confusion However, his claim that someone from Nutiva called and requested information about his bank account is false I inquired with everyone who had knowledge of this issue and no one here spoke with him other than myself and our customer service agents

Review: I tried to place an online order but their site was having issues. I had filled out all the information and pressed the complete the order tab, then the site bcame problematic and did not go to a page giving me an order number. so I called customer service and tried placing an order through them, they were having the same problem. even so my bank took those two charges as pending ans the customer service assured me the would remain pending and not be charged to my account. then customer service said I could call back the next day to place an order after the computer issue was resolved. I did so and the order went through rightly. yet today when I checked my bank account those two pending charges were charged to my account and deducted. so I called customer service to get those charges returned to my account but they gave me the run around, I then asked for a manager, they said he would call me. he did. when I talked to the manager I told him I have the routing number for the wrongly charged to my account charges, he then asked me how much I have in my account before those wrongful charges were deducted from my account, I then told him how much I have in my account is not his business, what matters is the amount the wrongfully charged my account. then he hung up on me. I am appalled by such shady malfeasant business practice and seek to get back what is rightfully owed to me. please assist me in this righting of such a wrong.Desired Settlement: the amount of this is $68.98. the company Nutiva miss charged me 39.99 twice.
