Review: On 8-24-15, I went looking for a car , the salesman showed me a few cars. I told him I liked the dark color one, he showed me silver car & said,just sit in this it is exactly like the dark one.I ended up purchasing the silver 2103 certified pre owned Kia Sorento ,while pulling out of the lot I noticed the engine light was on, I mentioned it to the salesman and he said to bring it back tomorrow (8-25-15) when I picked it up the following day they said it was the sensor.It went on again that night I told them I wanted a different car,they told me it was to much trouble & bring it back 8-31,in the meantime , the owner called & said bring it in 9-14 (3 weeks later). I called in the 14th before I took the car in,the service dept.knew nothing about it .The called back later that day & said to bring it in 9-15. I brought it in & they said they had to order parts & will call when they come in . They came in 9-22 so I took the car back.They told me they would have a loaner , when I got there I had to wait for someone from the car rental place to pick me up & get a car I also had to put a deposit down of $255.00. As of today 9-24-15 I do not have the car & the first payment is due. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am female . I also tried calling the corporate office & no one gets back to me .
