I ordered a free sample from them and they have billed my card $89.44. Theis purchase was not authorized and I want a refund

testmax keeps sending and billing me for product after I initiated a cancel and requested no more product be sent or billed to my account.
testmax sent on 13 june 2018 a testmax365 product and made an unauthorized charge to my credit card account. they were spoke to on phone in may of 2018 and requested to not send any more or bill any more product and cancel all business transactions at that time.

Online, I made the mistake of giving my ccard number for Shipping and Handling of a free sample of CBD. I did not understand that this had a ?? day cancelation if you did not wish to continue the product. First, there was no way to cancel because the phone number listed on the packing slip was not in use and there is no way to cancel or contact the company on line. SO I kept receiving the product. This month I noticed a charge on my c card statement through BMC*skinglowface - 888-270-6450 AZ for $94.89. I contacted my credit card office about this charge and hopefully it will be handled. However, I looked at the previous month's bill when I noticed I also had a charge from FACEHEALTHEYECREAM.com - 888-534-9833 AZ . I again notified my credit card company about that charge. I don't know if they can do anything about that as yet.
I contacted the 888-270-6450 number yesterday and someone (John-***) answered the call! After some conversation he understood I wanted to cancel this ? subscription. I later received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation.

I feel this whole thing is an online scam to hook in silly people like me to make money off of. I know I should not have done it in the first place but... There must be some way to take down this scam. Good luck in doing so. Thank you for assistance.

I returned 2 bottles but they keep sending it. Phone # not working. Got another today. Expensive and not wanted.
I returned 2 bottles of the product to them as I was unable to find a working phone number for them. I included a letter indicating that I didn't want any further shipments and to refund my money for the first 2 bottles. I never received a reply and received a 3rd bottle today. The phone number I found will not work and they just keep sending the product and charging about $80 each time. Can you please get them to stop sending me the item and to refund my money. They have my credit card number so they just keep charging me.

I want my money back for the 2 bottles that I already mailed back to them and I want instructions from them on how to return the 3rd bottle and a refund for it also.

At first I couldn't find a good phone number. They don't supply one when they send out the product. I think they hope you lose the number so that you will not be able to call and cancel which is what happened to me. I was finally able to get a number from my credit card invoice. I called and asked for a refund for the 2 bottles that I previously returned and wanted a good address to return the third bottle. I was told they would not refund my money even if I returned it. I have paid about $80 for each of the three bottles. They are supposed to help relieve pain but the product does not help at all. Since they told me they would not refund my money they would not give me a good return address. I want $79.97 times 3 returned to me for a totsl of $239.91. I am retired and that is a significant amount of money to me. They are not a reputable business.

I too responded to the add for a free trial and got in to the auto reorder with no approval for next order. Tried all different ways to cancel but phone numbers were no good . Found a phone #877-206-9836 that was the're technical support # and it worked told them to cancel they even sent me a email with a cancellation notice. Asked about if I could return for a refund the three months of unopened product and that was a no so we will see if this worked .

no way to contact the company...not even a phone to "cancel" the recurring credit card payment , not even on the credit card statement...I am next going to contact the credit card company and dispute the charges.

Advertised free product trial, just pay s hipping of $3.00. Ended up billing me $363.70.
Commercial on TV advertised a first time free trial of the product, only pay shipping on first order. I did not order anything else from them. They sent a second shipment in December that was not ordered. Checked bank statements and I was charged for shipment and product from the first order in November. I have been charged $366.70 which should have only been a charge of $3.00 for the first order which was a free trial.

I purchased a trial offer in Oct and decided the next day to cancel the order. In Nov and again in Dec they charged my card over $200.
I purchased a trial offer online from Rejuva Brain on October 30th at 10:56pm. On Oct 31st I called and stated I wanted to cancel my order, I no longer wanted the products and I wanted to cancel any subscription pending. I spoke with a woman on the phone who verified the cancellation and I received two emails verifying that the order had been canceled from [email protected] with the following messages:

I noticed on my December credit card statement that there were two charges from the company on 12/13 for $109.90 and 12/14 for $104.40. When I looked closer, I also saw charges on my November statement, which I had missed initially. One on 11/13 for $102.95 and one on 11/14 for $97.95. I did not receive a package in November. I did received a package from Rejuva Brain in December, which is what prompted me to check my credit card statement. I also made a phone call to my credit card company to dispute the charges. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at the Rejuva Brain company. I have not opened the package and am happy to return the product.

Since I called and cancelled this order and the company choose to charge me anyways after I verified that my call was enough to cancel the subscription AND received email verification of the voided transaction, I expect a FULL refund for both the November and December charges on my credit card, a total of $415.70. After looking at the Revdex.com report card for this company, it looks like this company routinely pulls this scam on customers.

I ordered a trial. Didn't even use it and the big billing started. Talked to someone in the company who said to ship it the trial back and when received they would refund money. The post office notified me when it was delivered but the company claimed they never got it. Stay away from these people. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Autoship SCAM. NutraForce LLC lures you in with a "Free" bottle of their male enhancement product, then they continue to bill the credit card on file. None of the phone numbers work. Trying to call to cancel. HELP!
