I ordered a free sample of one product and had to only pay shipping charges. I was assured by the rep I talked to that there would not be any auto renew charges on my card unless I contacted them. I received samples of two products. Neither product performed as advertised so I did not call back. I got an email a month later with an order confirmation and 2 charges on my card totaling $209.98. I immediately call the number on the invoice to cancel the order. I was never able to answer the phone just ring-answer-hangup. I called the number on my bank statement and got the order cancelled. Product came anyway and I returned the same day with a return authorization number via certified mail. After 3 weeks and no refund I called back & was told I would receive within 10-15 days. No refund. Three other calls same song - wait 4-5 days - technical problems - wait 4-5 days. Still no refund.
