Review: On 09.25.14 - I purchase online the [redacted] product; distributed by Nutra Mega LtdAfter 3 days of taking the supplement, I started with heavy heart burn and nausea. My doctor said to stop taking the supplement and throw the bottle away. Today I called the Nutramega customer service at 1-866-8430399 to cancel the auto renewal.The lady that answer the call after 23 minutes of waiting told me that nothing could be done to cancel the auto renewal, and if I don't return the bottle with the full product it will be a full charge for this month. I asked to speak to a supervisor, the lady put me on hold for another 12 minutes, then said no one was available and I could wait if I wanted. I said I'll wait for a supervisor. Then a "supervisor" name [redacted] picked up the call. Refuses to give me her last name or ID number, and when I requested it she said she could make one up if I insisted so much . "so what about [redacted] - do yo like that one or want another one" My believe is that type of Attitude is it FAR from being called CUSTOMER SERVICE - regardless of the fact that the product was not going to be taken. The bad manner and uncivil "supervisor" said she has no problem if I wanted to file a complaint "go ahead and do it - do whatever you want" Facts:#1 - irregularity of selling a supplement to try out and castigate the user because their health prevent them from taking the product#2 - the fact of returning a supplement that has been open, could bring a very bad effect on the wellbeing of an individual. What warranty I have that the supplement I took was not previously on someone else's hands? Can someone have switch out what I took and return the bottle? I'm extremely concern about the course and manner that this situation was handle. Please note, my complaint is not against the Kera Gro product itself, it is with the Nutra Mega Ltd "customer service" and their return policy.Desired Settlement: The appropriate course of action to be taken with respect to the 2 representatives at the afford-mention "customer service" To stipulate cancelation of those auto renewals and trial of product to be nulled when a health concern has been involved.

Review: Among other issues with this consumer the best one that fits is the fact that they lie about product pricing and do not disclose any additional information in regards to prices. About 2 months ago I ordered Vitamins for my hair and it clearly stated that all I had to pay was $4.95 for shipping, there was no additional information such as this is a trial offer, monthly subscription, or that I would be continued to be charged a ridiculous amount of money without my permission. I made sure that I looked for any fine print that would state otherwise and there was NOTHING so I decided to place my order. So when I was checking my account I notice that I have a charge from the same company TWICE for $87.47 (once toward the end of September and Once in October). I have tried calling and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of so I finally located an email address for the company and explained to them that I NEVER authorized them to keep billing me for this product and to keep sending it to my house, after 2 days of waiting for a reply I still have not heard back from anyone! I cant even cancel anything because they customer service is horrible since you cant get anyone to talk to and sending them an email to resolve the issue is useless as well since they don't follow up on their resolution time either.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome for this solution is a refund for both of the times I have been charged $87.47 for this product that I still HAVEN'T even used. Also, it would be great if the business actually put accurate information out there so other people don't have this same problem with them.
