Ad for free trial of face product. After placing order, my email & credit card info was provided to two other businesses and I was charged by all 3.
This company is a FRAUD. I ordered a trial of a
product for $4.95 on 1/13/2019. When I received my credit card bill, there were Charges from this
company as well as 3 others with different names for a shipping fee, although I had received only 1 product. 10 days later, I was charged by all of them for $102.95; $99.95; and $85.95.
When I called regarding the charges, the woman said "Let me tell you how this works - you have to pay those charges" and when I stated that I was not informed of those additional charges, she hung up on me.
Fortunately my Credit Card Company had already had experience with this company and recognized it as a fraud, cancelling the charges on my credit card. I returned the product to the
address on the box. This company should not be allowed to do business in the United States due to the illigitimate nature of their business practices. I did not create an account and they have no personal insurance or personal information about me.

I ordered Glamour Gold online. It was advertised for $8.00 and I only ordered it one time but I got it the next month as well. I tried to find a number to cancel it but there was no number and I thought well for $8.00, I would keep it but again this month they sent some more. I checked with my bank and they have taken $400.00 out of my account when I only agreed to one $8.00 purchase. Misleading, false advertising, and a SCAM. I demand a full refund minus the initial $8.00 I agreed to pay. I have also contacted the FTC and the Attorney General's consumer protection division.

I ordered a trial bottle of Glamour Gold, they charged me eighty five dollars. They have been billing me eighty five dollars a month since then.
On the envelope and correspondence sent with the bottle, there is no address or contact info, there is no website available. This is a lot of money and I want my money back. There is also no return address to send them back to.

False advertising and locked into extra products and charges.
They had an ad on facebook claiming to be the cream *** is using. It is not. The facebook app also would not let you exit the app after getting your free sample until you either clicked the button on your phone to stop it, which I did or selected yes to ordering more automatically. No other option was given. The details were not explained properly. They sent me more product and charged my credit card. I called them and they claim to be refunding it. I do not trust this company. I am allergic to retinol which was not in their advertising. That is what they put in their computer when I called them for reason of cancellation.

I tried to cancel reoccurring shipment of products from this company to no avail.
when I first ordered this product the cost was 14.99 for both products. the next month when the representative call for me to reorder I said no to please cancel my account. I understood our conversation was being recorded. During that day and the following day I got several more calls and questioned them as to why. I told each one to please cancel the products. They continued to be shipped at my address and these large amounts taken out of my account 89.94 an 94.88. I am requesting my money back and I will be forwarding your product back

Simply put this company is a rip off. They are refusing a refund that is owed to me.
Glamor Gold's free trial is not free!!! They even billed my for a second month's supply. Thank goodness I was able to get them to stop sending me product and to stop billing me for it.

This company is mis-leading and just billed me over $173.00 on a free sample issue, but never disclosed to me that I had 14 days to call them to cncl.
Ordered free sample and paid shipping only, they just billed me for over $172 in total for two products yet never fully disclosed their scam to me by phone. I called to have a refund and complained to them. They told me complaining to the Revdex.com would do no good as you know their mis leading practices.
