Desired Outcome

i want to be refunded the $79.97 the wrongfully took from my card

Customer Response • Apr 02, 2019

After contacting the company a third time, they refunded me the money I was wrongly charged. I am happy with the outcome.

Unsatisfactory problems with product
overcharge. I had already pd. $4.98 and $4.95 to try product

Desired Outcome

The product gave 14 days to sample product, but they counted shipping days and it took that long to get to my address. Order was placed 2/22/19 received 3/6/19. So they charged me the full price for not having it for 14 days!

To Whom It May Concern,
After seeing Ms. complaint, we would like to apologize for any miscommunication. We have a monthly subscription program, with terms and conditions listed on our website, and allow our customers to start their trial for the cost of shipping and handling. After the 14-day trial period ends, per the terms of the subscription, if you do not cancel you are charged for the product in your possession and enrolled into our monthly program. This is designed to save our customers the time of placing a new order every 30 days to maintain their weight loss regimen.
Upon our review of her account with us, we can affirm that Ms. started her trail with us on February 22, 2019 for the shipping costs of $4.98 and $4.95. After her trial ended on March 9th, she was charged$69.94 and $79.97 for the products in her possession. Our records show that Ms. called us on March 11th but disconnected the call before we could help her further. We are very sorry to hear the delayed USPS delivery of her products and because customer satisfaction essential to us, we have issued refund for the March charges previously mentioned, making a total reimbursement of $149.91. This should be credited to Ms. account within the next 7-10 business days and we can verify that her account with us is indeed cancelled; therefore she will not receive any more shipments or charges. We regret that Ms. had strife with our company and dearly hope that this satisfies her complaint.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

Purchased sample of Forskolin pills to trail. Was sent more and charged a lot, now only refunded 25% but told me would refund 50% of amount paid.
I purchased a sample of Forskolin diet pills and paid for shipping and Handling 3/9/18. Nutragenics started sending these pills monthly, and I was abroad. I received x3 packages. The first was only to be paid for Shipping and handling and arrived 4/4/18, but they charged my credit card for $69.94. Then the second and third shipment came in 4/4/18 for $74.92, and 5/4/18. I was abroad and did not know these products arrived. Finally called Nutragenics on 7/19/18 and spoke with Vanisha, Agent *** who told me first that she could not refund my money. I wanted to send all the unopened products back for full refund. She said the best she can do for me is to refund me 50% and that the amount would $44.97. I told her this was not 50% of the amounts that I paid. I wanted to speak with a manager but she blew me off and just stated her name and number. I received that my credit card was refunded $34.97. Told me to keep the product and I told her I could not take product due to being on lots of blood pressure medication. I paid a total of $289.72 where I should have only paid $4.98 for sample product. I asked who authorized further crediting to my credit card. I wanted to know where this was written would automatically send me additional product, it was not in my confirmation e-mails, not with the products mailed out. I was told that it was in the original advertisement. I wanted her to show me this. This is a bad business practice and I am upset and feel cheated.

Desired Outcome

Since I was charged a total of $289.72 for product I did not want and now cannot return, I would like the full refund. I was told on the phone by Vanisha, Agent 974 that they would give me 50%, but did not do this. Charged on the following dates: 3/19/18 $69.94, 5/4/18 $74.92, 6/4/18 $74.92, these ammounts do not include the $4.98 S&H charge I originally agreed to back in March. i was refunded on July 19, 2018 $34.97 and that is not 50%.

This company is a scam. They advertise a "FREE" trial and only pay for shipping. They then sign you automatically up for auto-ship and charge your account around $75 per month. When I contacted them, I talked to Amy who only wanted to offer me a discount instead of refunding my money. She then proceeded to tell me that it was my job to read the fine print where it stated that the auto-ship would happen automatically and you only have 30 days to cancel.

I recently, embarrassingly, ordered a product advertised on the internet.

Nutragenics Dietary Supplements

After requesting what I thought was a free trial (shipping only), I had a charge on my credit card account that was unexpected. My husband called and thought that the charge was for the first of a recurring order that I had not requested and cancelled the account.

When no product arrived I called the number on my bill to find out whether I was still to expect a shipment or a refund. The representative explained that the offer was not a free trial but a "try to buy" and that I needed to have cancelled within the first 14 days to avoid being charged for what I had received. I kicking myself for missing the small print I tried finding the website to see what I should have noticed before I ordered.

After trying unsuccessfully to find the web page from which I had ordered the product I finally decided to make another call, this time to the number on my packing slip. I asked for the website so I could check where I had missed this information.
The representative gave me the following:
This address did not exist.
I tried the address on the bottle:
[email protected]
This address was "Forbidden."

I called a third number, the one on the bottle, and again asked for the website so I could see what I had missed. They told me that the charge was for the product I already had in my possession. I told the representative that I understood this but that I wanted to see the site. She said she could not give me that information. I said that I'd have to talk to the Revdex.com. She said that they'd give the address to the Bureau, but not to me. I told her that I should be able to review my contract. We went back and forth several times with her explaining that my charge was for the product I already had and me responding as before that I understood and was not even asking for a refund, I just wanted to see the site. Each time she said that she could not give me that information. She offered to give me a 50% refund. I thanked her and said that I'd love to receive the refund but that I would still be contacting the Bureau. I explained that when someone agrees to sell and someone else agrees to buy, that agreement is a contract and that I should be able to review its terms. The line went silent for a while and she came back offering 75% discount. I said that I appreciated and would be happy to receive the 75% (especially because I wasn't originally looking for a refund anyway). When she asked if there was anything else she could do for me I said that was all for now, knowing full well that I still would be filing a complaint.

My complaint is not about the result of my own foolishness. My complaint is the company's repeated refusal to give me the web address for the public advertisement where I could review the terms of the contract. There were a number of less than transparent business practices, but this refusal coupled with their offer of a refund to appease me is the one that I could not ignore or give any benefit of a doubt.

Sincerely

Desired Outcome

Refund

Promised item by paying shipping only - then enrolled in trial and recurring charge program.
I received a message that I had been selected for a free trial of a weightloss product I would just need to pay for shipping - at no time during the sales pitch was there indication of an ongoing charge or a trial period that would cost me $69. I did not receive any documentation stating that I had enrolled in an auto ship program or any information on how to cancel, what happens next, etc. I did however find out that I had been charged and upon seeing the charge I contacted the number and requested a refund and cancellation of all future products and charges. I was advised that I had entered into an agreement within the terms and conditions and therefore I could not get a refund and that the trial meant that I had to pay full price after 14 days - I disagreed as a "free" trial is just that, free as long as I paid shipping, which I did. I was then offered a 25% Discount and when that did not work I was offered a 50% discount - I refused requesting a full refund as their sales pitch does not state clearly their intention. I was asked if I had used the product and if satisfied - I am not satisfied, I offered to return the product for a full refund and that option was denied as the product had been opened. If I had known fully their intent I would not have ordered.

Desired Outcome

A full refund of the charges to my account in the amounts of $69.94; having this amount taken without my knowledge or consent could cause further issues and financial hardship

I never received the product when I called to complain they said they could only refund 1/2 of my money as the order was on its way. I never received
The order was placed on 2/10/18 *** on 3/10 I called the company to complain that I had not received the order and I had been charged for the product. They said they would reimburse me 1/2 of cost of the order. They said the order of Nutrgenics Forkolin and Nutragenics Garcinia Cambogia had already shipped. I called today May 16th and I asked for a full refund due to the fact I had never received the product and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was refunded 34.97 and 39.98 for each product. I was charged 69.94 on 2/26 for the Forkolin and 79.97 for the Garcinia on 2/25.

Desired Outcome

Due to the fact that I never received the"free trial: nor the product I would like a full refund from the company.

This company charges you without clear consent.
After seeing NutrGenics Add on Facebook on 1/19/18 I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia sample (order *** that stated the cost was ONLY the cost of shipping the product ($4.98). IT WAS NEVER CLEAR THAT I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED NEARLY $80 IN 15 DAYS.
After 15 days, ON 2/2/18 I was charged an outrageous $79.97. AT NO POINT DURING MY INITIAL REQUEST OF THE SAMPLE WAS THIS CHARGE MADE CLEAR TO ME. When I saw this charged I immediately called the 1800 number (1855-577-3110) that was provided with the charge to my account and asked how I could return the product for a full refund. The representative told me that there was no way to return the product for a refund. THIS IS A SCAM!
I called again today 2/27/18, to be told that I could have returned it if it was within 30 days of the order date, but because it was 7 days past I could not return it. I explained to the representative that I called on the 2nd and tried to return it only to be told that that was not possible. I asked the representative (number *** if I could speak with a manager who might be able to help me. She told me that she was the manager and that a 25% refund of the payment price was all that she would be able to refund me.

Desired Outcome

I am hoping to get a full refund. I have only used 3 of the 60 capsules. Not only did the product not work for me, I was charged without a clear notification that I was going to be charged.

I ordered a free trial of Garcinia Cambogia and Forskolin, for which I was appropriately charged shipping, but 2 weeks later was charged an additional 69.95 and 79.95. I emailed the customer support address provided and received an automatic response expressing the companies disappointment in my desire to "cancel". Further, that changes could not be made by email, and to call customer service. I have not yet called during business hours, and can only hope I receive a satisfactory response.
