I've tried to cancel this subscription since November 2019. They continue to charge my credit card $80 and $84 every month
I requested a trial offer of this product in November. When I realized it was a subscription service I cancelled it immediately. They went ahead and sent me their product in November and charged my credit card $80 and $84. I canceled again. In December 2019 they charged my credit card again $80 and $84. I refused delivery of their product. I disputed the charges on my credit card. Again in January they charged my credit card $80 and $84. I again refused delivery and once again tried to cancel my subscription. I again disputed the charges with my credit card. They have again charged my credit card for February. I will dispute these charges as well. I have canceled this service 4 times( November, December, January and February). These people suckered me in with a trial offer, just pay shipping and handling. Then they do not let you cancel their services.

Desired Outcome

Refund my credit card for December, January and February for the disputed amount. Do not charge any more to my credit card

Be aware that they charge you $160 for the "free" trial the next month if you don't cancel within 17 days. Another scam.

I have ask them to stop taking my money , I don't want their products . They keep taking money and sending their product. I keep sending them back.
They don't send my money back to me.

Nutraleans.com Facebook ad for Nutraleans Forskolin & Garcinia cambogia - free trail
On 6/23/2019, I clicked on a facebook ad for Nutralean Forskolin. They used fake celebrity endorsements to sell this. I only needed to pay $4.98 s/h for the trail; at checkout, asked if I would like to try Nutraleans garcinia cambogia also for $4.95 s/h. I received an email confirmring my order, total of $9.93 (Order Number: BBEC38FA6D, Order date: 06/23 12:57pm). I did receive the bottles in the mail, but don't know the date. Around 7/9, I received a call from Discover card confirming a charge to my card by AMERICANSLIMPLUSDIETLIFE for $79.98. They gave me the phone number from the statement (888-494-7902). I had tried to call them at that point, but didn't get through. I then emailed them at [email protected] asking them to cancel what ever it was I was charged for. I also found that they charged me $69.95 on 7/9/19 by AMERICANSLIMBEAUTYLIFE, same phone number. I was unable to follow-up until today, 7/29/19. I called the above number and talked to Anthony who first asked for my zip code. Then, I gave him my email address. He was having problems finding my account. After some delay, he came back and said 'I'm sorry we are unable to locate your account. Have a good day. Thank you.' and then hung up on me. So, I called 855-557-5600 which is the number on my email confirmation. Anthony answered again. I confronted him about hanging up on me, he denied that it was him. I recognized his voice and asked him to not hang up on me again. I gave him the same information again, he still couldn't find my account. Then I gave him my order number *** He was still having problems. He then asked for the first 6 digits of my credit card number. I told him I wasn't giving that out. He asked what the product was that I order, I told him what it was. Pretty soon, the line went dead. So, he hung up on me again. I called again, this time Juan answered. I gave Juan my zip code and he asked me to verify my address. So he found my account right away. He told me there was a 14 day trial period and then I was charged the full amount because those were 30 day supply bottles. He gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation of *** I mentioned that was the same as my order number. He said it was used for both. I do have 2 emails now for the cancellation of my orders; one has a pruchase id of *** & the other is ***
He said they cannot refund my money since the trial period is over. I never authorized the above charges nor did I get any kind of email stating that they were going to charge me. I would also like to know where it stated that a trial period was 14 days from the date of the order. That is ridiculous.

Desired Outcome

I need a refund of both charges of $69.96 & $79.98 since I never agreed to the charges in the first place. There is no where on the web page order that it discloses the trial time or the full cost of the products.

I never authorized them to charge my card. This was supposed to be a free trial.
Order #XXXXXX, order date, 06/12/2019, reference # XXXXXXXXBD. Saw their ad on Facebook, free trial of 30 days if you liked the product, they would bill me later. I got charged twice now, and I think its some kind of scam auto-billing cycle that they've got me on. (for a total of over $107) I will never trust those third-party sites again.

All I want is my money back. I've already contacted my attorney and know what my options are.

Canceled subscription, failure to initiate refund
A month ago in April, I purchased and received two products to help aid in weight loss. As of today, May 16 2019, $79.98 was taken from my account and I had no knowledge of signing up for any subscriptions. Once I saw the who the transaction was made by, I tried to go on the website nutraleans.com and it is no longer available. I also contacted them via phone number and was informed that once I made my purchases, I were to cancel a subscription within 14 days. I can clearly recall the last time that I was able to access the website, there were no statements made in regards of a subscription fee. Also, the representative that I spoke with said that since I did not try the products and failed to provide them information about how well it worked for me, they were not able to issue a refund, only to cancel the subscription and receiving any more "products" which I have not gotten that I know of. Currently my account is in the negative and my bank will charge an fee of $36 making it more negative. Please help issue a complete refund.

I accept the response from the business because on June 6, 2019 the business responded to my complaint that was made and also has issued a refund of 79.98 for a subscription fee that was "misunderstood." As of today, June 8, 2019 the amount refunded was posted to my account. The business has lived up to their word by refunding the money within a timely manner. Thank you for resolving the issue.

Attempted to cancel my subscription that I never authorized and only gave 50% refund for an unsused product due to health risk not disclosed prior to
I ordered a 1 time free trial of this product. I thought I was clicking saying I did not want the bonus product but it actually added it to my order instead. I recieved the product and the warning g label stated do not used if you have a blood clotting factor which I do. So I did not use. 2 weeks later my account was charged with no prior authorization for 65.00 and 70.00 dollars. I attempted to call and was disconnected. I emailed with no reply. I called back and spoke with someone who advised they would not refund any money. I asked to see authorization they would not send to me. After 20min of a heated debate with a person reading from a computer screen I managed to get a 50% refund. I have a copy of my receipt which has no mention of a subscription.

Your account was immediately cancelled, and you have not received any shipments or charges since then. The customer service representative provided you with a 50% refund. You were refunded for the charge of $34.98 and $39.99 on 04/03/2019.

We understand there may be some confusion on the order that the customer placed and how it worked. As a courtesy you were refunded for the remaining amounts of $34.97 and $39.99 on 04/08/2019. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back to the original form of payment.

Gross fraud! This free trial with shipping auto billed me without consent 2 charges of 69.95 each for no product. I called for refund and was denied.
I called for a refund and they refused. I never received addition product for the charges either. This company is a fraud. When I called for a refund, I was mocked and hung up on. very unprofessional. I made the call on December 27th 2018 for refund. I had to request a reversal from bank but they now dispute my request with false documents and facts.

Desired Outcome

A complete refund. The supplements provided in the trial did not even provide anything as promised as well. This company is tricking people into a service which is not shown on their website at the time of purchase.

advertises that you only pay for shipping and handling for a sample, then adds 2nd sample for shipping and handling. bills me almost $150 more.
2/21/19 I ordered a sample of nutraleans forskolin to only pay shipping and handling. at check out it asks if you would also like to try nutraleans garcinia cambogia also sample to only pay shipping and handling. On 3/12 I go online to my account to find that on 3/8 I was charged $79.98 and on 3/12 I was charged $69.95. In the 2 emails I received, nothing was stated of additional charges, Only of the shipping and handling charges. I called the company on 3/12 and spoke to Gabriella asking to refund these charges, who hung up on me. 3/13 I called and spoke to Julian, Jackie and Zahn there are no supervisors to speak to and none of them can refund my money. I expected a sample, they said I was sent a full month supply and that is what I was charged for. Very deceptive, and no where in my emails was there an indication of additional charges or to call and cancel in less than 30 days. Cannot return the product once it was opened, how can you try a product if you don't open it? Hadn't seen any change when I tried it.

Desired Outcome

At best I expect a full refund. At worst I might be willing to pay for 14 days worth. but don't deceive people to think they are getting a sample of something that you only need to pay shipping and handling, then switch this to a full size product. I was charged $150 for products that if purchased someplace else might cost $30

The company sent a full refund on the products. Thank you very much for your help with this problem.

I purchased a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia with in the ad it stated that you can get a 30 day trial for free, and only thing you would have to pay was $4.98 for shipping. So I order one bottle, and I was sent 2 bottles which again I only order one and $9.98 was taken out of my account. So on Jan 4th I was looking at my bank account and Nutra Lean took out $69.95 AND $79.98 on Jan 2nd which I did not authorized for them to take the money out of my account. I called Nutra Lean and spoke to Candice and was told they would refund my money less $9.98 for each bottle of pills for restocking fee. I feel like I should also get the $9.98 refunded and also the $13.75 where I had to ship the bottles back. I only wanted to try the one bottle for a 30 day trial not 2 bottles.
