This company gets 0 stars!!!!!! I was scammed exactly as the two people who filed the complaints were . Yesterday my account was overdrawn and when I checked to see why it was because of two unauthorized amounts at 99.45 each. I was charged $200. When I, like one of the other complaints found this on the web it said a free trial bottle, and this offer is almost out. You only have x amount of time before this offer expires. You only pay shipping and handling. I specifically read the entire thing to be sure that I would not be charged anything else and that it was not an agreement to start getting this product monthly. Well, yesterday when I was charged $200 I could not find anyway whatsoever to contact them. Even the email they sent when the product was shipped did not have any contact info on it. When I received the bottles there was no invoice of any kind in the box. That should have been a major heads up..... I contacted my bank and they were able to give me a number to call them due to the charges to my account. When I called they told me that I agreed to try this product for 14 free of charge and that I was also to receive it monthly. I told them that was TOTALLY BULL. I told them I specifically read every word on the advertisment and it said NOTHING about this. Her reply was simply Yes it did!!!! Well how do I prove that considering you cannot even find it on the web now. I think they continually change their websites to keep people from finding them. I told her one bottle is still sealed and I would be returning it and was told NO you cannot return it. Wow!!!!! I began to cry because I was so angry at being taken advantage of . I was then told they would credit my account back for $40 for each bottle. It was two different products. The total credit is $80, and I probably wont see that. I told them to cancel the unauthorized monthly shipments. I have never filed a complaint against any company, and This one is definately FRAUDULANT!!!!!!! Even if I ever receive the $80 credit, they still scammed me out of $120, plus the overdraft fees to me back. Sincerely segardner
