I am rejecting this response because: I had a family emergency and was not able to answer to this in time, and apparently this has been closed nowThe company says: The credit is still in the account We have not deleted the account We still show the voucher unused Have followed up with an additional email to the customer We are unable to refund the card now because so much time has passed, but rhe voucher can still be usedThis is a lieThe company has not made any attempt to follow up with “additional” emailI have emailed them many times and still no answerI have not received any messages from the company and I still cannot login into my accountI tried to recover the password but says my email/username does not existPlease advice.Thank you

We offered a refund, he wanted to reship it.  So we shipped it expedited.  I have sent a few messages now that if he wants a refund that is totally fine, but we cant reship and redund.

The shakers had been discontinued and they were refunded.
