Nutribase

Tried to install Nutribase Personal Plus v16. Unsuccessful. Setup.exe kept going unresponsive. I called support, apparently I was annoying them.

Great software, poor customer service. When I purchased the software a few years ago I was told I could put it on up to three computers. When my main computer recently crashed I called customer service. I called from my cell phone but did not leave a message. I was called back almost immediately by [redacted]. When I explained what had happened and what I wanted he told me to submit an email with my request. I did so and received an email back with a link and told to follow the link and select run. The link did not provide the 'run' option. Rather, it asked me to agree to the licensing and looked like it was going to download the software and I worried that it would charge me again since they have my credit card number. I wrote again saying that I didn't want to re-purchase the software, just put it on another computer. No reply was forthcoming. I tried a couple more times to contact them but have heard nothing back and it has been a couple of weeks. They replied very promptly when they thought I was a new customer but nothing to help me once they found I just wanted to transfer the software to a different computer. In my last email I asked them outright if I would need to re-purchase the software and still no reply. It is a shame because I really liked the program.
