was very rude to our CSR on the callWe have canceled her accounts as of 9/3/as promised and the only charge she has is the shipping and processing fee she agreed to prior to orderingThe offer terms are clearly stated on the check out page when she orderedIt is not our fault if she chose not to read them BEFORE she placed her orderWe only request that she return the product to usThank you

This company is lying, and it is really quite sad that there are businesses that are running under these ethics and moralsA supervisor named "***" admitted to my other friend getting this pop up for another internet survey for start communications
The survey in which I am talking about what a bell survey, in which I have contacted bell and they have not authorized this company to use there name to sneakily sell their product to customers with hidden fee's etcThis company is also using other internet provider's names to collect information, and give us our "free gift" for filling this survey outNOT ONCE did it direct me to a website, I am not the only person this has happened toI can gather everyone up I know it has happened to, and let me remind you this number is quite large and will grow larger if they are not stoppedI think it is disgusting that this company is committing such a scam, also they tell you that charges for SHIPPING will appear on my credit card from Garcinia Cambogia in the amount $however this is also a lie, they have charged my card numerous times in a time period of days under the name LOOKAWESOMEXXXXXXXXXX CHONGQING AMT YUAN RENMINBI for charges I did not authorizeThe customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable and made me want to pukeThis company is hiding a lot of things including what they are actually charging your credit card, and then try to scare you into believing by stopping these charges you did not authorize that you will be committing "friendly Fraud?" In fact this company is committing actual fraud the charges come from outside the united states from a grocery storeI want this company investigated and shut downI have already contacted the press and am willing to go furtherI will not be returning this product, I have thrown them in the garbage because they aren't even approved by the FDAscaryIf they wanted me to return them then they could have paid for return shipping- which I brought up on my call to themMay I also bring up that this company has changed addresses numerous times to cover up this scam, their is proof all over the internet siting this

09/14/2015- Left message for customer and the customer called back, she wanted to be taken off our "list"I informed her I was calling her back about her Revdex.com complaintShe stated we were a scam and she worked at a bank and only with ethical companies so she knows scamsShe then stated she has gone to the media and her dissatisfaction will shut down this companyI asked if there was anything I could do to make her happy, She stated no she would shut down the companyI wished her a great day.- ***
As you can see, we have done our best to figure out this situation but she is unwilling to even discuss itHer complaint is full of inaccuracies that have nothing to do with our company
