Ordered from Nutriessential.com in May. After 2 months my order still not sent. Requested refund and customer service won't respond now. Please help.
I placed an order for vitamins (Ester-C and L-Glutamine) on May 11, 2020. Order #4914 for $91.53. I followed up on May 21 as I hadn't received my order. Customer service (the email response was from someone named Lisa) did respond at that time and said that "You may experience the hold on your order because we cannot include the Ester C to the order as it is running on backorder with the manufacturer".
Finally after waiting for 2 months, I emailed customer service on July 10th and requested a refund on my order. They responded on July 12th that "Okay, we have forwarded your cancellation request to our CSM."
I have been waiting for my refund, but still haven't received it. I followed up again on July 20th asking "Hi. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my refund back onto my credit card. Can you please confirm that this has been processed?"
I didn't receive any response. I followed up again via email today (July 23rd), but no response. I'm starting to worry that this site is a scam, that I won't receive my refund and that maybe my credit card is now compromised. I would really appreciate any help the Revdex.com can provide. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $91.53 USD immediately to my credit card for the order that was never shipped and that I requested for refund.

Upon ordering supplements, my credit card was charged immediately, prior to shipping.
Order No.5127, made on 06/04/20, consisting of Health Concerns supplements, Coptis Purge Fire, Astra 8, and Nine Flavor Tea. My credit card was charged immediately for a total of $83.70, with a notification email stating it was getting ready to ship.
I contacted Nutriessential via email on 06/07/20 to find out shipping status time frame, with no response from the company.
Subsequently, my health practitioner informed me that the products I ordered where being re-formulated and not available anywhere.
On 06/09/20 I contacted the company via email cancelling my order and requesting an immediate refund to my credit card. Again, no response.
I have tried to contact, but none of the numbers will connect to a customer service representative.
I believe this is a business that knowingly takes orders of unavailable products, immediately charges the customer's credit card and the product is never received. I believe those are fraudulent business practices and want to speak out to ensure this does not happen to others.
But, more importantly, I want an immediate refund of $83.70 to my credit card.
I will not be satisfied with anything else.
I am also concerned, being a senior, and on a fixed income, that my credit card might be compromised by this company.
I appreciate any help the Revdex.com can provide.

Unfortunately due to the current situation that we in many of Health Concerns products were in back order in which it is already posted next to the product name so when our customer order them we process their order anyway with the manufacture so we can reserve it for them and as soon as the products become available then it will be drop ship directly from manufacture to the customer address with expedite shipping. We have sent an email to this customer and we have left a messages for her to let her know that we have issued already a full refund for her since she wishes not to wait for the products. The customer placed her order on June 4th and submitted a complain to you on June 10th without notifying us that she wish not to wait for the products. We have been in business for over 15 years and have very good reviews in Site Jabber and Trust Pilot and our main objective is to help our customer become healthier , provide them with competitive deals and to make sure they are happy with us since a happy customer is also a loyal customer. We will call this customer again to assure her that we are legitimate and committed to serve her the best way we can.

Please note that I have received a full refund on Order # 5127, in the amount of the
purchase amount of $83.70, from Nutriessential

Nutriessential's explanation of the charging of the CC prior to shipment is not true, as the website DID NOT,
show that the items ordered were back ordered. Additionally, I had reached out to them 4 times via email,
regarding the order / ETA for delivery, with no communication from the company.
I believe they have very poor customer service.

I appreciate the Revdex.com involvement in helping me.

Ordered 2 items from them. Never received an email saying product was shipped, backordered, nothing. I called them, emailed them, signed up for text alerts regarding my order. I never received an email or phone call from them.

I did sent an email to you on June 8th. In the subject line was my order number. I did sign up for text alerts through your website. I used the links from your own website to email you and sign up for text alerts. If these services are not working, it isn't my fault.

I did finally receive a call from a representative of this company on June 11, the first communication from this company since placing my initial order 12 days prior. He said the product is on backorder. I finally got this info after submitting a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have also put in a dispute claim with my bank.

Better communication would go a long way.

I will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Ordered product. Never received product. No one answers phone, no return phone call. Nothing.

Dear *** we have sent an email to your attention that the product you have ordered was in back order from manufacturer and whether you would like a credit or wait for the product but since the product is still in back order we have cancelled your order and when the order is cancelled you usually get a refund 5-7 business days which you should already have it by now. I purchased my order and have not gotten a tracking number or any response from the company. I have left phone messages four times and emails.
I ordered InGear Metabolic powder, order # 2721 on March 8th. I waited a week and contacted them. I got no response. I tried calling and sending emails. No response. Would you help? Thanks!

This complaint has been successfully resolved. Thank you for your speedy help! There were technical difficulties on the companies website and they apologized for the multiple miscommunications. They offered a deal on my order for next time.

Ordered item on Oct 27, 2017 as of Dec 13, 2017 I still have not received item. I would like my money refunded.
purchased the ULTRALEAN GLUCO CRISPY RICE 30 BARS on Oct 27, 2017. They took $76.66 out of my checking account on Oct 28, 2017. I never received an order number as the original email message I received shows that I placed an order and the remainder of the email shows error messages in it from the server. I have reached out to the company several times requesting the status since this was suppose to be a 2 day shipped item. They continue to tell me that the item is on back order. I asked for a refund several times. They do not respond to that. I don't have a sales rep name as I placed the order online. Every time I call the number goes directly to voice mail. I've left several voice mails and emails to this company. The phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. This company isn't willing to do the right thing and refund my money. It's now Dec 13, 2017 and I still don't have the items nor do I have my money back. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor customer service.

Your company did not provide me with an order number. When they responded via email stating they could change the item in my order they were able to locate my information in your system. You should have record of this transaction since you took the money from my account without any difficulties. You were quick to take my money however you waited 3 years to respond to the complaint. You are responsible for my refund or sending me the item I ordered! Shame on you for waiting 3 years to even attempt to resolve this issue!

Your company did not provide me with an order number. When they responded via email stating they could change the item in my order they were able to locate my information in your system.
