In response to your request, we would like to present our guarantee as signed by each client at first meeting:"I am guaranteed at least pounds of weight loss by the end of the programIf I do not lose at least pounds and kept my food journal accurately filled out on a daily basis, either texted or emailed my weight-loss results daily, followed the system, did not cheat and could show that, then I will be put back on the program at absolutely no cost to me." Furthermore, the general agreement and guarantee states, "a very small percentage of people do not understand that there is an overhead cost for putting each client through the program and Nutrimost, LLC should not have to incur losses when clients fail to follow directions or read the manualThis is for your protection and our protection that all aspects of your financial responsibilities be explained."The client letter to the Revdex.com clearly states she did not complete the program and chose to discontinue after a pound lossWe are committed to health and wellness and to our community and firmly stand by our program and the positive outcomes that are achieved when the program is completed in its entirety and followed appropriatelyWe have reached out to this client on two separate occasions in attempt to assist her to a successful outcomeThe client declined discussing any plans for moving forward and ended the phone calls abruptlyWe would be more than happy to work with this client to complete a full program as it was designed and fulfill our guarantee as presentedThank you for your time Sincerely, Dr [redacted] ***, NutriMost us why here

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11792076, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
First and foremost, I do not appreciate the phone call I received from Dr*** *** following the filing of my complaint with the Revdex.comHe was confrontational and upset that I had insulted him in my complaint letter (which I not to do)When I disagreed with him on this point, he continued to berate me (and yes, that is the correct word)I firmly told him, "I am not having this conversation," and hung up the phone Please see the attached article by Dr*** *** entitled, "A Skeptical Look at the NutriMost Fat Loss System." Dr*** makes my case for me, so I won't reiterate all of what is in the articleHowever, I did highlight pertinent sections of his article I feel NutriMost takes advantage of people who desperately want to lose weightAfter my personal experience with this program and after reading this article I am even more adamant about a refundI feel as if I've been duped and I am not happy about itPlease see the blue highlighted area in the article and relay to Nutrimost that I am FULLY prepared to take the steps outlined if I am not issued a full refund. This program can be dangerous as the article states: "The U.SFederal Trade Commission has determined that the claim that a product "safely enables consumers to lose more than pounds a week for more than weeks" cannot be true because that rate of loss can result in gallstones and other health complications." I already have serious health issues and I certainly don't need a program that can make things worse

I reviewed appear below. On my paperwork (completed at the time of orientation) and verbally, I advised Dr. [redacted] that my primary goal was wellness, not weight loss. The "outside" influences referenced in the response are: a bariatric surgeon ([redacted]) and a licensed/certified Nutritionist with [redacted]  Dr. [redacted] has always been very supportive of my wellness and weight loss goals. Prior to having gastric bypass surgery, I weighed 318 pounds in July of 2003. When Dr. [redacted] began prescribing supplements and diet under the NutriMost program, I weighed 211 pounds. To Dr. [redacted]'s credit as a bariatric surgeon and practitioner, I LOST OVER ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (100#) and have maintained that weight loss for over thirteen years!!
I was not well when following the diet regimen prescribed by Dr. [redacted] (who is NOT a licensed or certified nutritionist in the state of Kentucky). I experienced and reported severe fatigue. At each appointment, I brought my journal and it was reviewed by either Sterling or Dr. [redacted]. I was not cheating. I was STARVING. According to the licensed and certified nutritionist at [redacted], the average person will burn 2500 calories metabolically without the supplements and SEVERE CALORIC DIET RESTRICTIONS OF 500 CALORIES PER DAY that Dr. [redacted] prescribed to me.
Dr [redacted] prescribed me to eat primarily fish, vegetables and fruit. I was directed to eat more vegetables if hungry. I could only eat a 3 oz. of protein on his diet plan once a day every other day. My gastric bypass dietary requirements are a minimum of 60-80 grams of protein. Since starting the Norton nutrition program, I have steadily lost on average 2 pounds per week and I am not sick or fatigued. The only supplement that I take is a multi-vitamin.
The fraudulent marketing tactics that promise a Body Analysis are a lure to get people in the door before high pressure sales tactics are employed to sell a program for $1895.00 or more (Dr. [redacted] pushed me originally to buy two rounds for a slight discount). The diet and lifestyle restrictions (no oils...I had to replace all lotions, makeup and shampoo/conditioner) are never discussed until after they have your money. The general public needs to be aware that this is a scam and there are licensed/certified professionals who support weight loss goals (i.e., [redacted]) for 1/6 of the cost that includes lifetime consultation and diet planning.
PEOPLE SHOULD AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS. WARN THE PUBLIC....use only licensed/certified practitioners for managing weight loss and nutrition needs. See details with linked references http://www.chirobase.org/06DD/nutrimost/overview.html

The client letter to the Revdex.com clearly states she did not complete the program and chose to discontinue after a 10 pound loss.
We are committed to health and wellness and to our community and firmly stand by our program and the positive outcomes that are achieved when the program is completed in its entirety and followed appropriately. We have reached out to this client on two separate occasions in attempt to assist her to a successful outcome. The client declined discussing any plans for moving forward and ended the phone calls abruptly.
We would be more than happy to work with this client to complete a full program as it was designed and fulfill our guarantee as presented.
Thank you for your time.

[redacted] I haven't talked to you in a while and was wondering about you recently. Wasn't expecting to get this from the Revdex.com however. It's been a year since we've heard from you.  I'm not sure what to make of this complaint, and sorry if that's really your take on your experience. Certainly I...

want everyone to reach their goals and have an above and beyond experience with my team. We use client surveys to ensure everyone is happy and on the rare location someone's not, we take that seriously. I looked through our records and reviewed coaching notes and texts correspondences. You came to us January 18 last year and by March 9 had already lost 20 pounds...that was good. Your mother's health was the noted reason for you not coming to re-evaluations after March. As far as accounting, you have a zero balance, but at one point you had a credit. You were already issued a refund check for the unused credit last summer. Sorry to hear about your leg cramps but those are probably not related to your weight-loss. And you drove over an hour to seek us out so I'm confused on how you felt pressured. This was something you wanted.I really wish you would have expressed any concerns at the appropriate time. I would've done everything possible to make your experience better. This probably won't yield a satisfactory resolution to this submitted complaint, but, you did the program so I don't know what to tell you.[redacted]
