I am writing this letter in response to the complaint filed by Ms*** ***Which I feel Is completely without meritHer written complaint states she was expected to
lose 20Ibs In daysShe states she wants a full refund
My office and I did everything in our power to accommodate Ms***'s complaints (Please see enclosed texts)Ms*** failed to text me her daily results as part of the program protocolIn addition, she confessed to breaking the diet by continually snacking on pretzels which Is and she knows is prohibitedShe failed to keep scheduled appointments to make mid-course modifications
However, more concerning is she complained of stomach issues, I urged her to come in to our office for an evaluationShe failed to show up and was continually unresponsive to our repeated requests to schedule an in office appointmentI feel we did everything we could to help Ms*** meet her goal
Our complete program is weeks long where we guarantee a weight loss of at least 20lbsMs*** *** lost 13Ibs in daysShe was on target to lose a minimum of 20Ibs
I am enclosing a signed contract that states she agreed to the terms of the no refund policyIt further states she will follow the guidelines of the program which she clearly did not follow
Please consider the evidence presented when determining whether to post Ms***'s baseless complaint
