To Whom it May Concern,First and foremost, we find it necessary to highlight the fact that the owner of the NutriMost franchise in question, Dr*** ***, has been in practice for years and that this is first complaint she has received to the Revdex.comAdditionally, a noteworthy fact is that
Complaint ID #*** was originally filed in February and that the first notice of the complaint was not received by our officeAccording to the details of the case, the first time our office opened and reviewed the complaint was on May 1, Furthermore, we have attached a copy of the original response letter mailed to Mrs*** explaining instances where the client was non-compliant and breached her contract thereby rendering our companies guarantee null and voidBelow is a timeline highlighting the specifics of Mrs*** NutriMost program including instances where she was non-compliant and breached her contract:3/5/16- the client received a consultation and all products and services necessary to begin her NutriMost program3/10/16- office received email that client was unable to begin program until 3/27/163/24/16- client came into office for weigh-in3/27/16- client started first day of her program4/1/16- breach: not eating enough vegetables, daily caloric intake was documented as lower than recommended and client was drinking too much4/13/16- breach: health coach discovers client is bathing her son using unapproved products such as coconut oil and jojoba oil4/18/16- client reports hungry and health coach reached out to client but no response from client4/19/16- client completed coconut oil day4/20/16- called again to follwith hunger and requested to contact office4/22/16- client attended follappointment, breach: daily caloric intake still too low and reports experiencing severe allergies and, at own discretion, started using allergy medications against health coach recommendations not to(Side Note: as of Day the client had lost pounds)4/27/16- health coach called client to make program recommendations and client reports needing to reschedule next follappointment4/30/16- saw client for follappointment and health coach discovered breach: client still has too much weight loss formula left for this point in the program5/1- client began phase of program5/12/16- client came into office for follappointment and disclosed to health coaches diagnosis of uterine fibroids (for the first time)5/21/16- client went to Arizona and did not text into NIVA during vacation so office was unable to monitor program during that time 5/26/16- client came into office for follappointment and health coach discovered client had gained pounds throughout phase 45/28/16- fat load day to re-start fat burning but actually started 5/28/and was pounds over her weight set point at this time6/2/2016- client texted into NIVA for help inquiring about program details6/3/2016- health coaches reviewed client program and made recommendations for helping to promote improvements of uterine fibroids reported6/10/2016- client stopped texting into NIVA6/13/2016- client cancelled appointment so health coach called to follow-up, no response from client6/18/2016- office called client again, still not texting and no response from client6/21/2016- called client again and health coach spoke briefly with client6/22/2016- client texted weight only today to NIVA6/23/2016- texting weight to NIVA again stopped6/28/2016- health coach called and spoke to client, client reports weight loss formula ran out about a week ago, breach: client was aware that she needed to advise us immediately when her weight loss formula ran out in order for office to make appropriate recommendations- client further reported on this day that she would call us back tomorrow6/29/2016- still no call back from client7/1/2016- called client to attempt to schedule phase appointment7/1/2016- office texted client via NIVA7/9/2016- called client again to attempt to schedule phase appointment and discuss daily caloric intake7/26/2016- called client again and left voicemail8/3/2016- office sent email to franchise support after failed contact attempts to client requested her NIVA account be disabled

Peggy, I have spoken to *** *** by phone and resolved her complaint. I had no idea that she had any issues with us, but I believe she is satisfied at this point. Please let me know if this is not the case.
