This company Nutrinoche is a scam and ran by a very rude person. They falsely advertised 100% money back that they do not honor at all. Not to forget the fact that what they sell is fake and a scam. We will be reporting them to the FTC as well.
No scam here. Your money was refunded 100%. You were also offered a free replacement product and you did not want it.
