This company you see an ad on facebook for $1 to try their pills with $5.99 shipping. As a trial. There was no discussion on the link regarding if you don't cancel within 15 days you get charged the subscription fee which is the full amount $89.25 extra which is the full cost of the product. I disputed this immediately with my credit card company when I saw it, who has no one around doing fraud (Citi just hangs up on you and says they aren't working now). This company says since the credit card company paid them I am out of luck and they won't reimburse me because they heard through the credit card company rather than me personally (I didn't even know what it was for since I didn't sign up to pay more if I didn't call them in 15 days). This isn't even a subscription, it's a way of charging you a full amount for a trial of their keto pill. The only receipt I received was for the Keto product which said 1. They charged my credit card for something I didn't get a receipt for nor did I approve. And they will not credit me back because I went for help to my credit card company and not them directly. I saw the charge and didn't know what it was until I later saw more details once it was paid on my credit card statement.

I called them and they told me that they will not give me a refund until I contact you and remove the Revdex.com complaint first, which I'm hesitant to do as they haven't resolved anything. How can I do that before they resolve it? They are not reputable and I don't believe they will pay me after I remove the complaint. Can you please provide guidance here?

I ordered two sample products on March 23,2020. I looked at my bank account on April 6,2020 and an amount of $88.75 was taken out of my account . I disputed with the company and through my bank and shazam and was told on April 28,2020 that I would have to wait for another 45 days for a refund . I never authorize this money to be taken from my account .. I went through the hassle of changing my debit card and looked at my account on May 13,2020 and the amount of another $88.75 has been taken from my account but this time from an ATM. I have tried to call to customer service but cant get through to speak to anyone. I don"t understand how a company takes your hard earned money during this pandemic of chaos of Covid-19. A total of $177.50 has been taken .

Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial.

I ordered one bottle of the Insta Keto by NutriPharm, March21, I agreed to pay $6.95 for shipping to receive ONE bottle for free. Somehow another bottle was added, never did I agree to that, I was charged an additional $6.75. There was no link ,receipt print, or email during the checkout process to specify there would be a rebill or subscription at any point! I was charged TWICE on April 6, for $89.25 AND $88.75. Yesterday, May 5, I was charged 96.20, AND $95.50. This charge does not include any product, special access, or subscription of any kind at all! That’s a total of $369.70 I NEVER would have agreed to! No one has money to spare like that, specially in times like these! I would like a refund. This isn’t right.

On Oct. 18, 2019, on ***, I ordered one bottle of the InstaKeto by Nutripharm and placed an order also to be shipped to my daughter. I agreed to pay $6.95 for shipping to receive this bottle and $6.95 for the order for my daughter for free. Nowhere was there a link or even fine print during the checkout process to specify there would be some sort of rebill or subscription at this point. I was charged on Nov. 02, 2019, for the one ordered and for the cleanse which was not ordered, same procedure on Nov. 01, 2019, on another card I was charged for my daughters order. When I ordered this trial size, thru *** there was nothing about a 14 day trial that I would need to cancel regardless what they say, when you call. When I was charged the $89.25 and the $88.75 twice on my statement, I researched this charge and that was when I learned I needed to cancel a subscription. the CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY WAS SO RUDE. Unfortunatedly for me , I had surgery in Nov. 2019 and was not at my home to recuperate. another order was shipped and charged Dec.02 2019, in the amount of $96.20 and $95.50 to me and on Dec. 01, 2019, $96.20 and $95.50 to my daughter. DOUBLE everything. By the time I returned home and was able to investigate this matter, I acquired my daughters help in returning all bottles received unopened. with signed receipt, received on Feb. 11,2020 at 12:52 pm. by V.NGO by ***. all 8 bottles sealed. Called on April 27, 2020 requesting refund, was told that Nutripharma does not allow refunds through this third company which is Customer Service on phone at these 2 numbers. *** and ***.

The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. They have refused to discuss this with me at #*** on 04/29/20, the representative was named Todd, he informed me that he could not help me. That my account was closed. Nutripharm Instaketo have not acted in no way to help resolve this. IT APPEARS TO ME THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS SIMILAR. dO YOU THINK ALL THESE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT TRUTHFUL. CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU THAT THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY AND NOT AUTHORIZED TO HANDLE ANY REFUNDS.

On March 30, 2020 I ordered one bottle of the Insta Keto by NutriPharm. I agreed to pay $6.95 for shipping to receive this bottle for free. Nowhere was there a link or even fine print during the checkout process to specify there would be some sort of rebill or subscription at any point. I was charged on April 14, 2020 for $89.25 to this company. I called customer service immediately. The customer service representative was very rude and questioned my intelligence. I ordered this trial size for $6.95 on March 30th, 2020, thru Facebook. So when I ordered it there was nothing stated on there about a 14 day trial that I would need to cancel. And there was nothing stated on the email I recieved from them either. As the WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY TRIED to tell me was even if I ordered it through Facebook I would've been taken to the company website to complete order. That is COMPLETELY INCORRECT. NOT ONE TIME WAS I TAKEN TO THE COMPANY WEBSITE. I found out about the 14 day trial and that I had to cancel by doing my own investigating after I was charged the $89.25 and didn't recognize the company name or charge. Have emailed multiple times and just get a pretty generic email back that I think they use for everyone. Because after looking more into this company and the purchase I see that I am not the only person that was taken by this company.

A bottle of product was ordered $6.95. On 3/22/2020. Then they charged same credit card account on April 6,2020 $89.25. When emailed about it they had an automatic reply that you have to call the company by phone. No emails accepted. When calling, you never get off hold. No one answers.

I ordered a "free trial" of the a product and I agreed to pay for shipping which was 6.95$. However, on checking out, they tried to add on another bottle which I did not I did not purchase. there was no mention of Of a subscription anywhere on the website. I called first thing that morning with no luck getting through. The automated service states that someone can call u back so I left my phone number. No call back. I have called everyday since then. On 4/12 they charged me $89.25 for no reason . I haven't even received anything. There is no way to contact anyone. It's a big scam!!!

On March 21, 2020 I order a "Free Trial" of the InstaKeto product. I agreed to pay for the shipping cost - $6.95 (Purchase Order #***). Another bottle was added on to this - *** and I was ultimately charged $6.75.(Purchase Order #***) I tried to cancel the purchase all together and could not. I've tried to reach the company and have yet to be able to reach anyone.. On April 5, 2020 I was charged two times - $89.25 and $88.75. I DID NOT authorize this company to obtain these funds from my credit card NOR was there ever a mention in the original purchase about a "subscription" on the website. Again, I have tried to reach this company to discuss this matter and have had NO success. And as a side note, I have yet to even receive the bottle I agreed to pay shipping for.

There is 100% no reason for a charge no matter the circumstance. I have called multiple times throughout today with only one answer; this was a huge hassle. The customer service rep. was rude and I never reeceived any calls back about accommidation for my problem. They have not answered any more of my calls and I would like a refund. I am worried I am at risk for another rebill or even identity theft. I did not receive a credible e-mail with an order number or name, I recall only receiving a shipping update for the product name, no specific numbers were received.

For several months now my bank account has been charged $96 dollars without my consent. when I attempt to contact the business asdociated with this charge the phone number listed says it is not a working number. All attempts to reach this company have been in vain. I have twice recieved a package from the pharmanutra company who after research is directly associated with the company charging my bank account. I want this to stop and cannot reach anyone from either company to talk to about it.

I ordered the NutriPharm Keto product online and it asked it I wanted the NutriPharm Cleanse, I did not select the cleanse. They sent both bottles and then surprisingly the next month I received the same. The advertising said it was a trial but when I called they said it was a "subscription." I asked them to cancel the "trial" and refund for two bottles of Cleanse and they said they couldn't. After doing research, I found that other consumers were ripped off by this firm's "trial/subscription." I called and put the company on notice but they still refused to refund any of the money, saying it was ordered over a month ago. In fact, the two bottles I DID NOT order came five days ago. Neither of the bottles are opened. I told them they would be reported but they just wanted to argue.

I went on a web site that was using *** and *** to pull me in for free product. I signed up for a free month supply of the product and I pay shipping. I received the product. The package came with 2 bottles no information on how to use the product or how to contact the company. After I order the product I had heard that they were using *** but was not a company that *** approved of. I did not open or use this product. I thought to myself it was a free trail. Then month went by and another shipment came. At that point I called my bank. They gave me a phone number to the company. I called that number and it was not the company so I was worried that the company was a fraud. So I called my bank back and they did an investigated on the charges. The Company was able to supply to my bank that yes I was shipped two packages. So the bank said it was a legal transaction. This company trick me into ordering this free trail saying they were with *** and I ended up paying for both shipment and never got anything for free. I have all product unopened. The customer service says there is no refunds for any product from this company.

However, due to the chargeback, we are no longer able to process refunds on the account as it is frozen.Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges.
