On 5/17/the customer called to say that they did not receive their orderWe determined with the customer that the address they entered was not correct and we corrected the addressOn 5/17/we reshipped the order to the customer by ***, tracking # [redacted] On 5/22/the package was delivered and signed forAlthough this company was extremely rude and actually dishonest, we reshipped the entire order on our dime only to have this complaint filedThe whole situation is very frustrating when you are an honest companyThe total order was $47.90, just the fact that they rounded the dollar amount to $is very strangeWe love our customers, but we will not sell to this company again

A replacement of the unit is a reasonable requestWe will send the consumer a new unit at no charge
