Hey ***, this is Derek from Nutrition FxI received your letter the other day and wanted to send you a response backThe client referred to in the email, *** *** was reached out to via email regarding his purchase, but somewhere in the mix his email was over looked regarding his response
given on the date on your paperwork you sent me stated 2/So instead of him sending us another email to get the situation taken care of, he contacts the Revdex.com? The situation was not a big deal, all the kid needed to do was say hey did you guys refund my account, and I am pretty sure the conversation would have went from there, and he would have been taken care ofBut I guess you could also call the Revdex.comEither way his situation has already been taken care of and he was credited back his If you need to know anything else just reach out, I will be aroundThanks
