on 01-18-16,placed an order Paid for it,Im yet to receive..when called they said I should have Monday of last week still no package[redacted] ***.,am I ripped off or what?

I ordered from Nutritional Living for the first time on 1-28-after watching the programI had some questions so I tried to call back, each time I called there was no answer,only an e-mail addressI decided to look the company up after getting no answerI found several bad reviews all with the same complaint of noone answering the phone,or not answering the e-mails,or if they did get someone to answer, they were given the run around as to why their orders had not been shippedI feel the same way as one of the customer reviews, "doctor" Ward is a scam artist, and I refer to the scriptures definition of people like him, "wolfs in sheeps clothing"I already notified my bank of the situation,and as I suspected the charges had already been taken out of my accountI am asking for a full refund as soon as possibleThe only way to stop criminals like these is to call your local [redacted] office and file a complaint, which I am doing todayI will also let everyone I know about this company on whatever social media I can

I am having the same issues!!! I ordered on 12/28/I've left messages and emails no response!!! They charged my credit card $on 12/29/2016!! This is March 8, 2016!!! I just want my money refunded!!!!!!

Terrible company!!! First time I ordered it took over a month for me to recieve my productWhen I would call to check on the status I would be told it was on back order, the north got hit with a really bad snow storm, the post office is holding it because of the bad weatherFinally received itActually liked the productDecided to give them another chanceIt's no longer winter time so there shouldn't be an issue with shipping Wrong it's over a month again still haven't recieved itCalled weeks ago and was assured I would recieve it last weekStill nothingCalled todayAnd was told well the products I ordered was on back orderThe one they just received late last night and the other they are expecting next week sometimeI told them I wanted a refundThe women said fine and hung up on meI had to call back times before she would stay on the phone long enough to demand a confirmation numberBottom line don't waste your time or energy dealing with this companyFind a different one with similar products

My order took over weeksI had to keep calling because their was only a recorded message that said no one was available to help me and I couldn't leave a message because their box was fullWhen I did get a hold of someone they told me that I had less than a week to make up my mind if I wanted to return any product for a refundI tried the product and it did absolutely nothing! I have been trying to return unused product for a partial refund but I get no response from emailsI DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I ordered a product on 11-13-and never received it It has been charged to my credit card and I cannot contact this business I have tried for several days and no one will answer the phone I want a refund on this charge but cannot talk to anyone

I love doing business with Nutritional Living. They have went above the call of duty to help me with my questions and lead me in the right direction concerning supplements. If they don't carry it, they point me in the right direction to find what I need. I'm a customer for life! LOVE THEM!!

It has been 4 weeks since I ordered a product with no response to 8 emails I have sent asking about the order. It appears no one reads the messages. I cannot even get a response that the emails have been received, yet it is the only email that they offer. I am about to get my bank to reverse the charges, as this is "theft by deception" Their ad states that the product will be delivered within 2 weeks. I started emailing them soon after with absolutely no response. I don't see any positive responses. I think they are a scam operating under the cover of a christian organization. Wolf in sheep clothes!!!! BEWARE!!!
