I set up viewing with **. Nutt for one of his rentals. My husband went out to view the property with him and was stunned to discover the house was heavily infested with fleas. My husband left the property covered in fleas and flea bites. It is absolutely irresponsible as a business owner to allow potential tenants into a situation in which there is a health risk on the property.Desired SettlementI put this owner's values in question if he is willing to rent properties that pose health risks to the public. I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this real estate agency. WHEN WE MET MR[redacted] SHOWED UP BUT NOT MRS[redacted] WE TRY NOT TO SHOW PORPERTY TO HUSBAND ONLY AND THAN HAVE TO COME BACK WITH WIFE LATER. SO ON FRONT THEY FAILED TO DO MTAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. IN REGARDS TO FLEAS IN THIE HOUSE I WAS IN THE HOUSE WITH MR[redacted] AND I HAD NO FLEAS WE ALSO WAS OUT ON THREE ACRES AND LOOKED AT IT AND I HAD NO FLEAS FROM THAT EITHER. I LATER HAD ONE OF MY WORKERS GO INTO HOUSE AND WALK ALSO IN THE THREE ACRES AND HE HAD NO FLEA PROBLEM EITHER AND HE WILL ALSO STAND UP ON THAT. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE MR[redacted] GOT FLEAS BUT I CAN TELL YOU IT WAS NOT AT THAT PROPERTY. IF I MAY HELP YOU FURTHER PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Prior to going to the property he had no fleas on him. Upon my husband returning home from their meeting, I witnessed fleas all over his pants, legs, arms, and even on his neck. Our car subsequently became infested.I have personally never met[redacted]. Nutt, which was not a requirement for seeing the property despite what[redacted]. Nutt alleges - had it been, then he could have easily cancelled the appointment before ever seeing the property - they met at a[redacted] and then drove to said property. I have not asked for compensation. I have no motivation to make false accusations against this[redacted]. Nutt. I only want to bring awareness to[redacted]. Nutt's questionable practices. If he thinks it's condonable to allow people to view and potentially move into a flea infested property,this puts in questions what other hazards he would allow.
