Review: I have ordered from this company last year and the sale department told me I would be saving $60 If I set up auto payment and she said I could cancel whenever I wanted if I didn't want the product. But She failed the mention that If I forgot to cancel They would charge me %20 of the invoice plus the shipping which is approx. $30. When I called I was told that this information was on the invoice as if people read that. They absolutely didn't even try to help a bit. They also don't send out reminder emails to their customers for auto shipment. I had ordered this product for my dog But she passed away just after 2 months of using it. SO it clearly didn't work miracles on her. I did the remainder of 11 bottles to my other dog who has allergies and It didn't do anything for her either. She didn't stop scratching at all. I still had to take her to vet for her shots. I wish it worked but unfortunately It doesn't work and apparently trying to return it is another hassle. Just the return this product and with the charges, my total is $103. Wow If I knew this I wouldn't try to save $60 on auto shipment. What I suggest to this company is to set up email system to their customers and let them know their order is ready to ship so We can call ahead and cancel it before it is shipped.Desired Settlement: I don't think this company resolve this issue by refunding but That would be nice.

This
customer is not taking reasonable responsibility. The customer
decided to purchase the product receiving the maximum discount available, a
savings of $69 on a $222. order. The customer chose to go on autoship to
receive the biggest discount possible. The customer was given the next autoship
date both verbally and in writing on their invoice. It is also stated that it
is the customers responsibility to cancel an autoship order before it ships.
The customer ordered twice prior to this order and on each call was informed by
our customer service representatives when the next order would be
shipped. This information is also stated
on each invoice the customer receives. The
exact verbiage on each autoship invoice is: "THIS IS AN AUTOSHIP ORDER-Autoship
customers: To cancel future autoship orders, call us to remove autoship. If you
forget to cancel and return the product, you will be charged a 20% destruction
fee."
For
the safety of the your pets, we do not resell any product that has been
returned to us therefore we must destroy it.
This is why there is a 20% destruction fee which is stated on each invoice.
We
believe it is unfair for the customer to make a complaint because they did not
follow directions given both verbally and in writing several times.
