I will contact the client and ask him to kindly withdraw this complaint. There is a lot more to this story than what has been submitted. It is extremely unfortunate as to what has come from this order and I have agreed to refund the client (owner) of his full deposit. It has been agreed to be done...

in an order of importance but unfortunately I am working with getting my funds back from the window manufacturer also and this will not be a simple process and I may not get my funds back in an orderly fashion.I am in the process of getting legal advice as to getting the funds back from the manufacturer/broker of a non processed window and door order.Regardless ,I have given my word to the owner that he will rcv full repayment tactfully of his deposit. I do not feel that this should be printed for others to see as I have no objections to the return of the funds. This will be extremely damaging to my reputation and I have never rcvd a complaint in 24 years of business.
