Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I found out about
Nu-Way driving school in MayI spoke with the owner MrG*** who
told me about the classAfter he explain the class I told him
everthing sound good and my son will start the class on the next
phaseHe told me if I wanted my son to start tomorrow which was a
Tuesday that would be great because the kids really don’t do too
much on the first day and he won’t be missing muchHe also stated
College students will be getting out of school soon and there will be
limited space so we need to sign up quickly, So the part about my son
missing the first day of class was suggested by MrG***, not
myselfI even asked him did my son have to make the class up and he
stated no! he said we will work it outAfter the class was
completed and it was time to take the test, my son came home and
stated he was not able to take the test because he missed the first
day and he had to wait until another two weeks for the next class
before the test can be given to himI told him that’s not what Mr
G*** and I discuss and I would called him about the matterI called
MrG*** and indentified myself and explain my concernI reminded
him of our conversation and he said he didn’t remember saying that
I told him the only reason I put my son in the class in the first
place was because he told me he would finished with everyone elese
He still said he didn’t remember, which came as no surprise
because on the first day I came to the driving school to sign my son
up for class and to pay my fee, he had MsC*** call me
minutues after I left the school to asked was I coming to sign my son
upI told her my name is Tracy Arrington and my son name is *** *** and I just left the school min agoShe aploigized and
no harm was done but I said all that to say I expreince first hand
how forgettable he isI told MrGain me or my son should not be
penalized for his mistake and he needs to have someone come in so my
son can take the test because we have prior reservation that I did
not want to cancal over a mistake that he madeHe became very upset
and hard to talk toHe started rasing his voice and becoming very
rudeAfter a long debate I was able to get MrG*** to come in and
let my son take the testMy son was giving a driving date for July
20, at 10:in the morning which was three weeks after his testI
didn’t say too much Because my son was a little late returning his
formHis driving date came and he told me his next class would not
be until Auguest 20, I called and left a messege with Nu-Way
and asked do driving class supposed to take this longMy son started
in May and he cant get another drivers date until AuguestI told
them this was not professionallyMsC*** called me back and
said the reason its taking so long was because my son turned in his
paper work in JulyI told her that information was not true because
we was not in town in the begging part of July so that would have
been impossible to doShe then said she didn’t know the date we
turn it in but it was lateShe said if they have a cancalation date
she would call meJust to my surprise I get a phone call saying that
a student cancel and she have a avaible date and did I want thatShe
then asked me about the complainat I sent to Revdex.comHow is it that my
son could not get a date until Auguest now that I filed a complaint
he was able to get a date the same weekIt seems like they had
dates available they just didn’t want to give it to me, my son was
penilized for me and that’s not fare, he is a childThis was
supposed between me and the BusinessAfter that I spoke directly to
MsC*** and I told her I would not talk to MrG*** any
longer because he does not know how to talk to people, I asked her if
all possible I want to go thru her, she agreed and business was
completedI reached out to the Revdex.com because I have never delt with
a business that was so unorganized and unproffessianl in all my life
At the beginning of the class the Students and parents are told to
sign the agreementThe agreement says we would be fined for being
late for class among other thingsMrG*** was late picking my son
up for his driving time on more than two occaisions without even a
phone saying he was running late, but I guess he would not remember
thatJust like he uses the students driving time take care of his
personal business but I guess he wont remember that eitherAfter my
experience I went on line and looked at the comments and they were
terribleIf you don’t belive me look for yourself, they are
horribleI wish I did my homework before I picked that school
Something has to be don’t with our this company conduct buiniss
Please, please do not let your kids go
to this schoolI have never seen a group of people that's so
unorganized and unprofessional in all my lifeDon't know how this
business stay open for so longI’m writing to get this place shut
downIf anyone have any additional information to help with this
matter please leave me your information and I will add it to the
listI always wanted to support our black business but not if its
ran like this oneSo disappointed
Regards,

Nu-Way Driving SchoolR. L. G[redacted], Owner/OperatorJuly 25, 2016[redacted] Revdex.com 1411 K Street, Northwest Washington, D.C. 20005-3404Dear [redacted]:This letter is in reference to your ietter dated July 20, 2016.This customer has been very demanding and rude. We are doing...

everything possible to help her son complete his driver's education training. She made several demands on how we need to tailor make our program to meet her needs and schedule. As far as calling her out of her name, that didn’t happen.[redacted] is very argumentative. In each conversation that I've had with her, she demanded I do things the way she wanted them done. Her son missed the first day of class; and he had to return in the next cycle on the day he missed to make it up. She then became hystercial, disrespectful, loud and rude. After all of this, we are continuing to provide the necessary training for her son to complete the driving education program. I have no intentions on refunding any money she paid Nu-Way.[redacted]'s son is scheduled to drive on July 26, 2016 (3) ll:00a.m. and August 12, 2016 @ 8:00a.m. This will complete the 36 hour program that is required by the State of Maryland.Regards,R. L. G[redacted]
