Review: On */*/12 we pre-purchased 600 gallons of #2 home heating oil from them on a pre-paid contract. We gave them a check for $1*54 which they deposited. We began immediately having issues getting them to deliver oil, they would only deliver small amounts and never when we needed it. In Feb of this year we were running out of oil, they said they could not deliver due to mechanical issues with their fleet of trucks and that we would have to purchase oil from another company which I did. I have been calling now for a month asking for the remaining balance delivered (190 gallons) I am just about out of oil and I use it to heat my hot water. They promise to deliver the following week every time I speak to them and then never show up. They need to deliver the 190 gallons of oil or reimburse me the money I paid for it.Desired Settlement: They owe me 190 gallons of #2 fuel oil or $570.00

Review: I PRE-PAID FOR OIL DELIVERY FOR THE 2012-2013 SEASON. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE OIL CONTRACTED FOR AND ALL ATTEMPTS AT CONTACT RESULTS IN PROMISES AND FAILURE TO ACT ON SAID PROMISES OF REIMBURSEMENT.Desired Settlement: TO REFUND THE MONEY I ALREADY GAVE THEM.

Review: In reviewing my credit card statements I noticed that this company charged my credit card $952.46 on 12/**/12 when my payment slip they left for my oil delivery states $652.46. The second complaint is I paid for a delivery of oil on 4/**/13 for 150 gallons at $508.15. To date I have only received 65 gallons of oil. It is now July *, 2013 and I am still owed 85 gallons.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $587.95. $300 for the unauthorized charge to my credit card and $287.95 for the oil that has not been delivered as promised.
