Nuzzi Brothers Auto Collision

My wife's new car driver door was damaged and was brought to Nuzzi Brothers for repair. I was told by the [redacted], in answer to my question, that "no way was he going to work on that door" he convinced me that a new door was to be installed. After paying the bill and looking at the door it was apparent that it was the original door and it wasn't a new door. I phoned Nuzzi Brothers and complained to his son of my findings and the son told me that the damaged door was replaced with a new door. To substantiate his claim he said the damaged door was leaning against the shop wall. It was obvious he was lying and when I challenged his lie, he then changed his story and told me that a skin was installed. The door appeared to be all right but overtime the side and bottom of the door rusted from the inside out. Because it became so unsightly I eventually had to have a another door installed to replace their shoddy work. I not only was lied to but they do shoddy work. When the new door was being installed I also noticed that they damaged the inside panel door plastic arm rest and rather than replacing it, they glued it together. It went unnoticed until the paneling was removed and the arm rest fell apart. I definitely will not have anything to do with Nuzzi Brothers again or refer anyone.
