order #NZ21655...I purchased two nuzzle pillows in November of 2024. Yes, 2024. I only received on pillow. I have to say, I like the pillow, but it's match never arived. A myriad of emails have transpired between the company and I. Finally, December 26, 2025, they granted a refund on the one pilllow at $34. I was to wait 10 days. I have reached out numerous times to tell them I have not received the refund and they ignore me once again, just like almost the entire year of 2025. Make sure you take picutures, keep all packaging, and know that Nuzzle does not honor their word.
