The original box was purchased at clearance and then an additional 15% off was applied to that price making it $before taxWhen the customer came in to address the issue he was having the credit for the full amount of what he paid for that box was offeredAt that time I only had options in what he was willing to get that were more expensive so he was explained that there would be a price difference and I also showed him what I had in the store for the amount of credit he was getting and he was not interested.The customer wanted the exact device they had so I referred them to the manufacturer bc I am unable to purchase that box againThe warranty was never denied the customer just was not satisfied with the options he was givenWe do have a store policy of no cash or card returns so the option was to put the amount he paid for that box towards any other device in the store, the customer was still unsatisfied
