partners of Nvest Realty Group LLC and Metro Housing. After receiving your email from our broker last night I have asked for information regarding your entire transaction. I was, and still am, very irritated that you have had to deal with our mistakes and assure you they will not happen again and will be corrected immediately. None of this was intentional however it was not a professional real estate transaction on our end. I have forwarded my email between accounting and I. Your check was printed from a different account than our real estate escrow account of Metro Housing which is the reason for the returned check. Our office made a mistake with regards to which escrow account funds were released from. We have resolved the issue. A replacement check was mailed to Mr. [redacted] on 7/22. As of 7/29 Mr. [redacted] had not received the replacement check so he was overnighted his payment on 7/30 and the mailed check was canceled at our bank. All bank fees were paid regarding our mistake and Mr. [redacted] has deposited his funds and the issue is resolved.
