Nvidia doesn't disappoint
Graphics card came in at a good time, and I can run just about any game in the world that I want. I love this company and will continue to support them as much as I can. Nvidia will be the future of gaming. Within the next 10 years I believe Nvidia will overtake all of the rest of the companies out there trying to do what they do.

I'm not gonna sit here and say that Nvidia is perfect and makes the best decision but anytime I have had an issue it has been resolved in a way that exceeds my expectations! I had to go through the tablet recall and even though I think Nvidia did a terrible job researching parts for there tablet the experience with the rma process was nothing short of amazing! It would be crazy of me to expect that kind of service from a company but they took responsibility more than I could imagine! My experience with the company has not been perfect but unlike valve Nvidia is great to deal withThey didn't make me pay to return the tablet like valve did for me with the Steam linkI had to pay $to ship back there defective unitThat includes packing materialsNot even the time out of my life to run to the post office and the ink to print out there numbers to put in the boxNothing like that with Nvidia!

I purchased a GTX graphics cardIt was $299, which is higher than on Amazon or at Best BuyI thought I was dealing with a reputable & respected company, so was okay with thatI paid $for their overnight shipping as my son needed the card for his new VIVEMy order was placed,acknowledged and processed at 11:00am - with 3:00pm being the cut-off time for same day shipping(my credit card was charged as well)
We did not receive the shipment by 10:00am the next dayFiguring it was a small matter of timing, I called NvidiaFirst, I had to find their phone number, as their system is automated to "submit" requestsOf course, the system wasn't working so there was no way to contact them through their own customer service portalI called the number on my receipt and was forwarded to the "private" customer service number for Nvidia
That's where the trouble really beganI spent minutes with the first customer rep - who repeated over and over that they had no control over inventory or shipping and that the next day shipping timing applied AFTER the product was actually shipped from the warehouse, which could be several daysWhen I asked why I had to pay $for overnight that isn't overnight she reiterated the processWhen I asked to escalate my concern she told me it wasn't possible, and if it were I'd only get the same informationI should instead wait for an email confirming they'd shipped and then start the overnight countdownI continued asking for escalation, and was extremely polite
I got the escalation, and spent another minutes with the supervisor, who assured me she would call the warehouse and make my item a priorityin the meantime, I should wait for an email and if I haven't received the product in a few days I should contact them againI told her that is not acceptable, especially when there are so many other buying options, and at the least I'd like a refund of the $shipping fee, since there is no such thing as overnight shippingShe apologized that I wasn't understanding their policy - which is evidently it ships whenever they feel like it and the counter starts afterwards - and advised me to wait until it arrivesShe said she cannot process a refund at this point, and it's not their policy anyway
I gave upI will call again next time I have another free hour
My advice: the products seem to be good, but there's no way I'd ever do business directly with the company againThey charge a premium for product and shipping and there is absolutely no customer service
