Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response by the business is incorrect in several areasThe Revdex.com logo was on their website for a minimum of months and only removed after our complaint, for them to claim it was the fault of the web designer and not take responsibility for the misinformation is unbelievableTheir statement that "I am sure this was one of their reasons in deciding to build with us." is incorrect; we saw the Revdex.com logo on their web site and that influenced our decisionTheir statement that "due to not understanding the working days of the building construction agreement" is incorrect; the owner lied in texts to my wife and I about when he would start the projectThe reason we are going ahead with this company is due to a personal tragedy, we do not have the time or energy to pursue legal action ourselves, and upon advice from our lawyer, the costs of hiring his firm that cannot be recovered in this type of case, and the challenges of collecting, would be prohibitive.Regards, [redacted]

Supreme Garages website was just recently and completely redone Our new website designer installed the Revdex.com logo from an old picture gallery that was on the server and did not know that we were no longer members of the Revdex.com We have contacted them a few weeks ago to have the logo removed from the site and is currently no longer on our site We are very sorry if our customer feels they were in any way mislead because of the logo that was placed on our website for a very short period of time With that being said we have a great reputation in the garage building industry without being a member of the Revdex.com It is a great idea for customers to review contractors on Revdex.com website to see if they have had any complaints against them, in which we do not I am sure this was one of their reasons in deciding to build with us The customer wanted to default and cancel the contract due to not understanding the working days of the building construction agreement in which building permit approval and bad weather are considered delays in the start of excavation time We have discussed this recently and they have decided to move forward with the construction of their new garage

The logo was on the website for a minimum of weeks, not months in which we were members at one time before the logo was installed. The contract was spelled out black and white, the owners were not lied to about the contract. It is unfortunate that the weather was an issue in starting their excavation and which the time that the contract was signed so late in the year. We are looking forward to building their garage

The logo was there when we first looked at building a garage back in early SeptemberI have a text from the owner on 11/17/stating that there was one job ahead of us that would be completed the week of 11/and he would start on ours the week of 11/27, and then a text on 11/28/that there were jobs ahead of us and blaming the delay on "deer hunting".
