To whom it may concern:This is based on information shared in the job file. Contract was not amended until NVM provided change order for numbering which was to be placed on the curbs. NVM was not aware of additional work until we were onsite. NVM came back 3 times to complete as cars have to be...

removed as it states in NVM contract. NVM tried to work with customer, but Customer was not willing to remove cars. NVM ministriping mobilization charge is $1,200.00 NVM had 3 additional mobs on the job and only charged for the stencil work as a one mob fee.
