NVP, Inc Reviews (2)

Review: In October 2012 we noticed the hardwood in the sunroom by the back door was buckling. We called the builder in to find out why and make the repairs. They sent the hardwood folks over to inspect and follow up. They claim that they would schedule the repair but it never happened. The floors continued to buckle. As part of our 1 year we added the floor repair to the list. The builder refuse to repair the floors although it's in our contract for them to do so.Desired Settlement: Full replacement of the hardwood and molding in the sunroom.

Review: We have been waiting for 7 months to have NVP make repairs under the 1 year warranty. They have dragged out repairs despite our multiple attempts to schedule repairs.Desired Settlement: Make the repairs under the warranty.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

We still have a few wood boards that we were told would be repaired. [redacted] came by to remove the leg from the island to get to the board and they never showed up to finish the work. We have made numerous attempts to have them address our issues and they fail to show. It takes months for them to come by and then they finish half the job and promise to return and never show. This has been going on since 2012. So, it is not true that all the issues have been addressed. It is factually incorrect the floor inspection stated wear and tear. The report sent by NVP does not state that and actually says the boards need repair. I've attached the report. We still have cold spots in our house and I sent them a home inspection report to validate our 1 yr warranty concerns that showed those spots and they never came to fix them. I also had plumbing problems with the water pipes making hammer sounds. They said there was nothing they could do and tried to fix it with insulation to buffer the noise but it failed to remedy the situation. The plumber admitted to us that it was design flaw because the pipes did not have enough space to expand and it was rubbing against the wood.. He said that he told [redacted] about it on other homes and they did nothing to correct it. We also have a 48 inch piece of granite molding missing and a chipped area on our granite. We asked that they have it repaired. They said they would and we never heard back. So, we have made every attempt to have everything corrected and they fail to show or claim to call with no caller ID verifying it. You can look at the attached email. They provide poor customer service and never finish the work with professionalism. NVP provides poor customer service and timely repairs. They hassle the customer so they give up.

Regards,
