We in turn submitted the bill and received a statement of benefits from them dated 8/3/They applied the allowable for this office visit to his deductibleThe allowable for the service was $He p*** his $co-pay up front, which made his balance $132.44.We called his insurance company Wednesday 11/29/to make sure that his deductible had not been met prior to our claim being processedWe spoke to a representative named Arin (call Ref# ***)She stated that when the claim was processed his deductible had not been metShe reiterated that the processing of this claim was correct.We refer to outside facilities that provide diagnostic sleep testingThose facilities are responsible for insurance verification, billing, and scheduling of those diagnostic servicesgave *** *** my direct number when leaving him a message to return my callI am happy to help him resolve this issue any way canMy contact information is listed below.Thank you,Ann M***, MBA, CPC Practice Administrator
