I can't say enough good things about NVRA Services, Inc. The staff is very helpful. I had no idea my company was in a default. I called them and they helped me bring my business license back active. Once completed the sent me all the documents I needed to get my loan. They really do have the best office staff.

Our Company has received a very aggressive mail printed on a RED page stating that our "entity" was in "default" .Our Company has received a very aggressive mail printed on a RED page stating that our "entity" was in "default" . The mail details a list of late fees as well as fees due for their company to take care of the default. We had to contact the secretary of state offices to find out that our business was not in default and that NVRA SERVICES must have mailed this fishing scam mail the very next day our listing fees were due. It is unacceptable that such mail is sent to companies in order to scare and scam them into services.Desired SettlementIMMEDIATE STOP OF SCAM MAILINGS AND REMOVAL OF OUR COMPANY FROM THEIR LIST OR FURTHER LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.Business Response NVRA Services, Inc. specializes in helping companies in Nevada. Our cover letters that are sent our clearly state who we are and explains what services we provide. There is a full paragraph dedicated to this. It states clearly with verbiage provided by the Nevada Secretary of State "This is a third party solicitation and is not correspondence from the office of The Nevada Secretary of State. Your are under no legal obligation to respond to this correspondence". We are here to provide a service and continue to receive praise from our current client. NVRA in no way seeks to be deceptive and we follow all guidelines provided by the Nevada Secretary of State in order to send out the default notifications. Although sometimes people are brought active when the notices are already mailed out and they will cross. Our notices clearly state to "PLEASE READ CAREFULLY". Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I agree with the details provided and read the notice, However your cover letters,color, are clearly a way to mislead companies and to scare them in order for them to take action immediately using your services. All companies do not have the time to deal with all issues, and there is probably a lot of them that simply put a check with this "Fake" notice and start using your service.This is a fraud and everything is done to scam businesses. As your response does not show any understanding or even willingness to address this issue and also remove our address from your list, we will make sure to contact the secretary of state about your company poor advertising techniques and will also start blogging through the web about you.Final Business Response We would need to know what entity this is to remove from our system, however our mailings are legal and we will continue to do so under the guidelines provided to us by the Nevada Secretary of State. However, we will remove this entity from our system but like stated above we need the name of the entity.Our mailings clearly state who we are, what we do and what services we provide. All done with the required verbiage provided to us by the Nevada Secretary of State.

This company has deceptive practices. Sent me a bill that looked like it came from Nevada Secretary of state. It was a bill for $655 for my LLC. I called and asked to be taken off of their list and told them that I would be contacting the AG and Revdex.com they hung up on me before taking my name. I called back and they hung up on me....Product_Or_Service: NoneOrder_Number: NAAccount_Number: NADesired SettlementGet on top of their deceptive practices...Business Response Per state requirements it clearly states the following ". This notice is NOT sent to you by the Nevada Secretary of State, this is a third party solicitation. You are not required to respond." In bold lettering which is required by the State. We are a Registered Agent with over 1200 clients and do not act in a deceptive manner. This person is not a client and we received no money from them.
