Regards,
This has nothing to do that i'm not professional if you guys consider a trust company. you should be providing solutions. No matter if  i did not request  them within 120 days. I paid for the  service which i'm not satisfied with the product that I received therefore i'm demanding my solutions. I'm not asking you for free  stuff Am I? since I paid for them.  i won't apologize for something that I paid for. I'm demanding what is right. This is a response from a company that claims to be professionalism.  very disappointed to hear the response si would expect at least to send me the solutions.  i wont get tired until you guys send me the solutions or I might different path to get this.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Allowing me to buy more services from this company is not a resolution.  Either remove the statement :Online FE Course:If you view the required videos and don’t
pass, you can repeat the course absolutely free. To get the guarantee
for the FE, you must take the actual examination within 120 days of the
start of the course.Remove the guarantee from your website or honor it.  I know for a fact that I watched all of the videos and the report you sent me is not correct.  There is no possible way I watched one video for 5 days straight or over 120 hours. They are using a internally generated report to not honor the claim on the website.

Mr. [redacted] registered for Test Masters FE Course on
July 7th, 2015. The course was for 120 days. He signed the “FE
Course Student Agreement”, a copy of which is attached. Please see...

“Passing
Guarantee”, according to which he was required to watch all the videos to
repeat the course at no charge.Attached is the list of videos, their length, and duration watched. As
many as 10 videos he did not watch for the full duration. Some he even watched
for only one minute. Therefore, he does not qualify for a free repeat.
He was given the option to extend the videos for a nominal fee of
$60/month. He didn’t accept it. We have reviewed his Diagnostic Report. He was
close to passing. Had he watched all the videos we are very sure that he would
have passed. Also, if he had extended the videos for only one month for a fee
of $60 and again taken the exam, he would have passed.
He can still extend the videos for a fee of $60/month effective the
date the videos expired, November 4th, 2015. We will give him 20%
discount as the period will be over 3 months.
From his exam scores, I can say that Mr. [redacted] is smart. With a slight
extra efforts, he will pass.

Perhaps test masters should work on their English skills before they try to teach anyone anything. Their rebuttals are as illiterate as their course.Once again: It is highly inappropriate for test masters to selectively quote private e-mail correspondence here and make it a matter of public record, especially since the conclusion they are trying to arrive at is that I’m somehow impaired. Any contents of private correspondence between test masters and myself are confidential. Disclosing those contents publicly potentially opens test masters to legal liability. I have a GPA of 3.7519 and an IQ over 140. To publicly imply that I’m somehow impaired amounts to slander.Test masters should remember that their students are the reason they exist. Publicly threatening and/or defaming their students are not very good ways to earn new business. Perhaps they should focus on improving their course and customer satisfaction record instead.I know the contents of the test masters course. I trusted test masters in their statements that knowledge of the course would be sufficient for passing the test. I was wrong to trust them. The problem is that the test masters course is inadequate as it does not contain a lot of crucial information and thus forces an examinee to turn to other references, which wastes valuable time. There are many mistakes and missing material in the reference book and videos. Additionally, the problems in the course are very different from those encountered on the test. Any independent panel of experts will concur with this opinion upon review of the course materials.Further, the claim made in the online course overview section of the test masters agreement which states that “notes and videos of the course are detailed and exhaustive and therefore no additional educational or technical support will be necessary” is false as described in my original complaint. Any independent panel of experts will confirm this fact upon review of the course materials. This in my view puts test masters in material breach of the aforementioned agreement. Test masters have knowingly made the following false claim about their course: “notes and videos of the course are detailed and exhaustive and therefore no additional educational or technical support will be necessary”.The purpose of this claim is to gain people’s trust and then defraud them of their hard earned money.False advertising is used by test masters to peddle their substandard educational materials.I retain the right to seek legal recourse in a court of law, should test masters fail to resolve this complaint to my satisfaction by issuing a full refund.
Regards,

As a following of our earlier response, we reiterate that the problem is not the course as he himself says, “Given enough time I would have solved most, if not all of them.” The problem is not the course. The main problem is his speed of working the problems as he himself says, “When the 15 minutes remaining time was called, I realized that only a little over 50% of the problems were solved and I guessed the rest.”   No one should expect to pass the exam if he solves only 50% of the problems.   We have already released the free repeat of the course. There will be no refund.   Test Masters Educational Services, Inc.

It is obvious that [redacted] still doesn’t get it
and keeps threatening.
We want to reiterate that he enrolled for our [redacted]
on January 19, 2015.  The course was for
fixed 120 days and ended on May 24, 2015.
During the 120 days he never asked for any solutions.  During this period he had access to complete
course including all solutions.  The
first request we received for solutions was on August 25, 2015, three months
after the course ended and seven months after the course had started.  As we said earlier, [redacted] is exactly
like a person who insists on free car repairs under warranty long after the
warranty period has ended.  He keeps
insisting that he has paid for the car and deserves free repairs.
In his email dated August 25th he had asked for
Dynamics solutions.  Even though he is
not entitled, we are attaching the solutions just to bring the matter to a
closure.  He would have got it long time
ago if he had not tried to bully us.Test Masters Educational Services, Inc.

[redacted] enrolled for our [redacted] on
January 19, 2015. The course is for fixed
days. It ended on May 24, 2015. During this period he was expected to view all
the videos and do the problems. During
the days he never asked for any
solutions.
The first request we received for solutions from him was on August 25th,
three months after the course had ended.
It took him months to realize that he did not have solutions. The fact is that he had all the videos and all
the solutions during the period of days from January 19, thru May 24th. Apparently he never checked them. He had an option to extend the course period
beyond days at a rate of $60/month.
If he purchased an extension for four months or more he gets a 20%
discount. He did not want to extend the
course, but wanted us to provide him the solutions three months after the
expiration date. Not only that, he
threatened that unless we provide him, he will approach Revdex.com. [redacted] is exactly like a person who insists on free
repairs under a warranty long after the warranty period has ended. When denied, he threatens to report to Revdex.com or
any such organization unless the repairs are done absolutely free
This course is a professional course designed to help
engineers to get their professional license as an engineer. We expect the person to act in a professional
manner. It is company policy to help and
provide the best possible service but never to give in to threats and bullying
tactics. By an email dated August 31,
he was advised as follows:
Even though you are
not entitled to the solutions almost months after the course has expired, we
will try to help you and get solutions if you withdraw your threat and
apologize for making the threat. If you
are not willing to do that, you will not get any solutions and you can go ahead
and complain to Revdex.com
[redacted] needs to understand that threats and bullying
tactics do not work in professional settings.
We will still bend backwards and send him the solutions provided he does
the following:
1.
Apologize for threats and reporting to Revdex.com
2.
Withdraw his complaint with Revdex.com
