This is in regards to a complaint that was sent to our business, NW Auto Source here in Portland OrIt ismost unfortunate that this issue has happened here at our place of employment.We really strive to help every customer with his or her request, always making the attempt to follow upwith
customers regardless of how old the lead has been generatedIf we choose not to follow up withour customers we would lose business for sure.I completely understand how some potential customers are waiting for the right time to make theirpurchase, doing research on vehicles is a good thingOur intentions are not to Irritate customers, but tobuild a bridge with them, stay in touch in order to help them with their needs and wants when they areready to make the purchase.It appears we were doing our job, but not listening to our customerWe should have granted therequest when asked to remove them from further emailsI will assure you that has been done as oftoday.Moving forward from this day on, any customers requesting no further contact or removal from oursystem will be granted such action without fail.Thank you for your time and consideration.NW Auto Source*Please view attached document
