Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Both myself and my witness saw this car (a gray 1999 Toyota Corolla Ce w/120k miles) on your lot for $1,995. I saw it three times and my witness saw it once when we drove the car. As I stated in my complaint the price numbers were only removed so we could see to drive the car! For the general Manager to state that I must be confused with another dealer is simply absurd because I had not been to any other dealers. I never stated I had seen this car advertised in any publication, only that I had seen this car on their lot with a sale price of $1995 three separate times. It should be noted that when I drove the car I observed three separate things wrong with the car. (1)The right front headlamp assembly was broken. (2)The windshield washer tank was broken. (3)The aftermarket am/fm/cd player did not work. When I asked about the radio not working the salesman just shrugged his shoulders and said not sure. As I stated in my complaint the Kelly Blue Book (Dealer Price) for this car was $1,300 to $ 2,300 and the fact that this dealer sold this car for $3,500 demonstrates predatory sales practices. I stand by my complaint of "Bait and switch" and false advertising.Sincerely,[redacted]

This Toyota just sold for $3,500.00 cash to a customer on 09-16-2015.  The Corolla had 120,0000 miles on it. This particular 5 speed 1999 Toyota Corolla was never advertised anywhere not in print or online with a price. I think this buyers complaint has us confused with...

another dealer. We asked this buyer to supply the ad and NWAuto.net would sell the 1999 Toyota Corolla for the said ad price. The buyer could not supply the ad because there was never one published. The buyer of this Toyota Corolla shopped at ten different dealers before electing to purchase this Corolla from us. The buyer has stated that he will let the Revdex.com know how happy he is with the purchase of this 1999 Toyota corolla bait and switch. Really the shopper did not get the price they wanted to pay and has written this complaint. Now if he or she can come up with said advertisement. NWAuto.net will compensate the shopper for his or her time; who ever wrote this complaint should come up with some evidence of NWAuto.net conducting business as they have stated. We consider this to be slander at the least. I hope they were able to find a Corolla just as nice or better than this one for the pricing they have stated. Food for thought. For any future potential buyers, even though NWAuto.net sells their vehicles AS IS by state and federal regulations. NWauto.net will in a reasonable period of time fix and repair any problems that a buyer might have with their new purchase; So we may hold a higher standard than what the used car industry and or competition has with the public.General Manager[redacted]
